I'll read anything, ANYTHING and assume it's false, but keep it in my mind for months even years to find out that is' generally false, but sometimes find out it's true. National Security Agency is military and under DoD, as is DIA. So is NRO (National Recon Office).

FBI & CIA are civilian. DHS has civilian leadership as well.
