It is sad when people die needlessly especially poor woman who likely work in these places.
Either "illegal sex related services" needs to be regularized or closed by strictly enforcing the laws.
This limbo situation is so bad for "kids/poor of the world" trafficked into these horrible situational.

A 21-year-old Georgia man was arrested in the killings of eight people at three massage parlors, many of them women of Asian descent, authorities said. Police feared the killings could be another hate crime against Asian Americans.
