SB 1438 passed the Florida House yesterday after two days of debate, during which trans activists tossed garbage and women’s underwear down onto lawmakers’ heads, and gathered in small, colorfully-attired groups in the hallways to shriek maniacally at innocent representatives trying to go about their business.

For some reason that I do not fully understand, it is EXTREMELY important to some people to be allowed to prance around partially undressed in confusing clothing in front of kids. According to activists, stopping this obscene nonsense is literally genociding cross-dressers.

But lawmaker Randy Fine (R-Brevard), who introduced the bill, did not mince words on the House floor: “The right question is not: Why do I want to stop children from going to these kinds of events?” he said. “The question is: Why are THEY so determined to do it to children?”

Representative Joel Rudman (R-Navarre) explained, “Unless you’re targeting children with stuff that, let’s be honest, is frankly disgusting, you have absolutely nothing to fear. And if your business is targeting children, that business model ends today.”

The bill, which now heads to Governor DeSantis’ desk, does three things:

(1) Any person admitting a child to a show involving sexual imagery, whether real or prosthetic, would be subject to a $1,000 fine and up to a year in jail.

(2) The business hosting the event could lose its liquor license and be fined $5,000.

(3) If City officials issue a permit for a public event that exposes kids to inappropriate sexual material — such as inappropriate floats at a “gay pride” parade — the official can be criminally charged.

🔥 Meanwhile, Colorado Governor Jared Polis signed a bill this week making Colorado a “gender surgery sanctuary state,” where minors can come and the state will “protect them” from their OWN PARENTS. In other words, Colorado will refuse to return children who travel to that state, and says it will even ignore a court order from the state of origin.

In other words, Governor Polis is a child trafficker.

When Titone says the “trick” is to get around the Constitution, what he means is that states like Colorado are Constitutionally required to give “full force and effect” to out-of-state judgments, like for example, a court order requiring repatriation of a child back to another state.

A 42-year-old man is in police custody after being caught accessing a female restroom in a school while dressed as a schoolgirl. Peruvian police are probing whether the man, who allegedly identifies as transgender, belongs to an international pedophile network.

The man, identified as Walter César Solís Calero, 42, was first caught on April 20 as he was leaving the girl’s bathroom at the Rosa de América school in El Tambo, Peru. Solís was caught by the school’s vice-principal when she noticed that he was carrying a mobile phone in his hand, something that is forbidden for students. When she realized that he was an adult male dressed as a schoolgirl, she proceeded to take him to the headmaster and call the police.

The man was dressed in pink-and-blue uniform, matching that of the girls who attend the campus, and was wearing a hat and medical mask to hide his face. Solís was also carrying a backpack and had his long hair tied in two long braids. The disguise, combined with his short stature, meant that he was able to enter the school with the pupils during the morning bell without being noticed.

A 42-year-old man, who allegedly identified as transgender, was arrested by police in Peru after he was caught dressing as a school girl and filming inside the school’s female restroom.

The incident took place at the ‘Rosa de América women’s college in the city of Huancayo, Peru.

The suspect was identified as Walter César Solís Caler.

According to local news, Caler disguised as a schoolgirl, passed the school entrance as if nothing had happened and quickly hid in one of the restrooms, where he began recording and taking pictures of the children.

The abstract of a scientific study published in 1991 has been making the rounds on social media, and it is shocking on two levels. The first wave of shock (although not surprise) comes at you from what the study discovered: the mothers of gender dysphoric boys tend to suffer from a host of mental illnesses of their own.

The study (full text can be found here), “Mothers of boys with gender identity disorder: a comparison of matched controls,” was performed by researchers Sonia Marantz and Susan Coates, both of whom are Ph.D.s. The abstract details their predictable but sad nonetheless findings:

This pilot study compared mothers of boys with gender identity disorder (GID) with mothers of normal boys to determine whether differences in psychopathology and child-rearing attitudes and practices could be identified. Results of the Diagnostic Interview for Borderlines and the Beck Depression Inventory revealed that mothers of boys with GID had more symptoms of depression and more often met the criteria for Borderline Personality Disorder than the controls. Fifty-three percent of the mothers of boys with GID compared with only 6% of controls met the diagnosis for Borderline Personality Disorder on the Diagnostic Interview for Borderlines or had symptoms of depression on the Beck Depression Inventory. Results of the Summers and Walsh Symbiosis Scale suggested that mothers of probands had child-rearing attitudes and practices that encouraged symbiosis and discouraged the development of autonomy.
