I have nothing but sympathy for this person. They are in a situation that they were not informed they would be in and they are educating others about the situation they will be in should they go through the same procedure they did.

My dislike is reserved to the people trying to silence this individual.

F. Scott Peck's book "The People of the Lie" might be fairly instructive here. I liked it because he (as a therapist) encountered parents who he described as evil, in that they tried their best to (and I paraphrase) lie and torment their children instead of nurturing them.

That's how I draw a secular line between good and evil. Good seeks to nurture and promote life. Evil seeks to pervert or eliminate/destroy life.

To me, there's no doubt about it. We are confronting naked evil when it comes to this trans bullshit. This may be the last opportunity we have to beat things back to something other than the pure evil end to which society is being propelled.
