I just snapped a photo here on the door because it says what the exemptions are. [reading from the photo on her smartphone] It says that the cloth face covering shall not apply to any of the following persons: Children under the age of 2, anyone who has trouble breathing or who is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to remove the face cloth covering without assistance, or persons with a medical or mental health condition.
You need to add a religious exemption. Tens of thousands of Christians are being persecuted in this county. I am not Muslim, I do not veil my face. I was made in the image of God. You started this meeting with a prayer, are those just empty words? I was made in the image of God, I am an image-bearer of God, and I do not veil my face, that is a Muslim practice.
Let me tell you the law in California is California Government Code 129262. Please write this down and please research it. 129262. It's a definition of my religious liberty as protected that you have taken an oath to uphold.
[reading from paper] Religious dress practice shall be construed broadly to include the wearing of face coverings.
That means I have the ability to not wear a face covering.
I am calling on you today to have this conversation with Health Officer Chao and within 10 days I want to see that added to this exemption. If not, there will be a file of a notice of claim for legal action against you for not upholding your oath of office. Thank you.
Mask Demo (Quick and Dirty Version)
from Doctor Ted with Careful Consideration for Our Common Concerns

DR. TED NOEL [wearing a blue surgical mask]: So without further ado let's cut to the chase and take a look at an ordinary surgical mask. And I'm using a vape. [exhales, clouds of white smoke come out of the sides of the mask] As you can see, that vape which has aerosols the same size as covid-19 or larger [exhales, clouds of white smoke come out of the sides of the mask] goes through and around a surgical mask.
[cut]
[wearing a cup mask] Now if we take a cup mask and have a good look at it, here we go. [exhales, clouds of white smoke come out of the sides of the mask] Notice it goes right through the mask easily and goes in every direction. The aerosol is not affected by the mask in any material form.
[cut]
Now we look at surgical mask with a foam strip to protect above and keep my glasses from fogging. [now wearing the surgical mask with foam strip] [exhales, clouds of white smoke come out of the sides of the mask] Lo and behold, the aerosols go all around it. It has no effect on me spreading aerosols to you.
[cut]
[in a blue cloth mask] Now a cloth mask I borrowed from my wife. Once again, here we go, boom! Straight through and around. [exhales, clouds of white smoke come out of the mask and the sides of the mask] It has no effect on the spread of aerosols. They go everywhere.
[cut]
[shows package containing Guard mask] And then I went and bought a Guard mask with a high efficiency filter material. That one? Here we go, watch for it. [now wearing in mask] Through and around. [exhales, clouds of white smoke come out of the sides of the mask] It had no effect on the vape aerosol which, remember, is the same size or larger.
[cut]
Now I don't have an N95 mask, I have these shop respirators where they could put all kinds of things in them [pointing to filters] but they're like an N95 because when you breathe out everything goes out through a valve. [puts on mask] [exhales, clouds of white smoke come out of the sides of the mask] Guess what? It might protect me from you, it sure isn't going to protect you from me. Let's look at that again. Boom! [puts on mask] [exhales, clouds of white smoke come out of the sides of the mask] Any mask with a button on it has a valve that lets everything go from you to your neighbor. It has no effect on anything.
[cut]
I think you can get the picture now. There is absolutely nothing that any of these masks do to protect you from me. And the fact is that unless I have a mask which is fully sealed and where I breathe through the filter material both directions, and I have a really high quality filter, nothing is going to protect in either direction. Because just the same way that the vape went out, around, and through, it will come in, around and through. Aerosols will not be stopped by man.
You don't need a big study. All you need is this [holds up vape] because the aerosol here is actually larger in molecular size than the aerosol from your breath. And because your breath has a smaller tighter aerosol, just because it can't be seen ordinarily, that aerosol will go everywhere. It gets through easier, it gets around easier.
Masks. Guard masks. Cloth masks. What are they good for? Oh, here's what they're good for. If I'm going to cough, they make it so I don't have to do this [coughs into a stack of what appears to be Kleenex] and catch the aerosol. Or here [indicates behind his shoulder]. Or pull out a handkerchief and do it.
They don't work.
Remember, I am a doctor. I do not play one on TV.

CHILD'S VOICE: I don't like masks because it doesn't make me feel good because it makes me happy or anything and because I can't see other people's faces and I, it's really hard to breathe in, and I can't see my teachers' faces and my friends.
TEXT ON SCREEN: Listen to these children.
Does it seem like their learning and psychosocial development are being negatively impacted die to masks?
TEXT ON SCREEN: The answer is YES.
Children are suffering because of masks, face shields, AND "distancing" measures.
TEXT ON SCREEN: 11th grade - 17 years old
GIRL'S VOICE: When the mask mandate was first initiated I decided to stay home so I didn't have to wear a mask so I didn't go to school. I did homeschooling. And the homeschooling [inaudible] was not good, so my GPA dropped a lot and really affected my mental health. So I went back to school when schools opened up full-time. Bbut the masks caused me to break out in hives, causing me high anxiety, it was hard to breathe and made it so I wasn't able to focus on school and my grades still didn't improve that much because of that.
TEXT ON SCREEN: Emergency rooms have seen a 24 percent increase in mental health-related visits from children ages 5 to 11 compared to last year. The increase among older kids is even higher— 31 percent.

YOUNG BOY'S VOICE: When I wear a mask it makes me feel uncomfortable, scared, and I don't like to see my friends in masks because I want to see their faces instead of their faces with a mask. And also in PE I get really sweaty because of masks and that's just why I don't like them.
TEXT ON SCREEN: 2nd grade - 8 years old
YOUNG GIRL'S VOICE: I don't like the masks because they make me sicker and I get hot and that gives me headaches. I also get dizzy and sometimes I feel like I'm going to faint. And I don't get to see my friends' faces.

Bandits wear masks. Masks hide identities. They need to be banned in public again.
Crooks's high school experience coincided with the global pandemic and Rudolph noted that he was further ostracized for continuing to wear a mask long after the mandates had been lifted and student life resumed a semblance of normalcy.
Masks are visible proof of mental illness.
A new study published in the Journal Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety this week, titled “Wearing face masks as a potential source for inhalation and oral uptake of inanimate toxins – A scoping review.” Hint: It’s not too good for mask maniacs.
The study was a “scoping review” that examined the potential toxic effects of face masks on human health by rounding up other studies. Researchers analyzed twenty-four relevant studies, focusing on the content and release into people’s bodies of known toxic substances from face masks.
Especially extended mask wearing.
The scientists found evidence of concerning levels of several toxic substances in face masks, including:
Microplastics and nanoplastics
Volatile organic compounds (VOCs)
Phthalates and phthalate esters
Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS)
Heavy metals (lead, cadmium, cobalt, copper, antimony)
Titanium dioxide particles
Coincidentally, I’m sure, microplastics were in the headlines this week thanks to a different study by completely different researchers:
These researchers found that a half a percent of autopsied brain matter from “normal individuals” aged 45-50 were made out of plastic. That is double the amount of brain plastic from autopsies conducted in 2016. Nobody has connected the dots to masking.
Call it mask brain. In passing, the toxic mask study mentioned chronic “mask-induced exhaustion syndrome” (MIES), which looks increasingly suspicious after combining the two studies.
Anyway, the mask study concluded that, while masks can helpfully filter large particles, they may less helpfully introduce toxic substances into folks’ airways and gastrointestinal tracts:
Conclusion
Undoubtedly, mask mandates during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic have
been generating an additional source of potentially harmful exposition to
toxins with health threatening and carcinogenic properties at population
level with almost zero distance to the airways.
Even more remarkable than a negative mask study being published at all, the researchers didn’t even have to say the magic words! Just the opposite: “On top of that,” the researchers noted, “there was and still is no empirical evidence for the effectiveness of the masks in limiting the spread of viruses in the general populace.”
