Punjab Sikh youth are not just leaving but there is exodus. Hindoo wants to break the backbone of Sikhs and make them helpless so that irrespective of bad treatment they can never resist... Although this will fail as Sikhs can align with foreign forces to suppress Hindooo cult.
Sikhs want to do it other way to educate Hindooo commoners and bring "Khalsa Raj" to whole Bharat.

Pakistan is "Islamic republic" and I have no expectation that minorities will be treated well...as it seeks complete capitulation of masses.(This include Sufis/Ahmadis etc. along with non Muslim minorities)
There is very low population(few thousand) of Sikhs left in Pakistan after the bloodshed in 1947. Pakistan is only important as It has lot of Sikh religious places , not as significant population center.(Same way there is almost negligible Muslim population in Indian Punjab)
On the other hand Sind has lot of Hindoo and they are treated very badly by illiterate Mullas. It is only now that liberal Pakistanis has started to give some resistance to Mullas as they know after Hindooo it is their turn.
