This will strip them of all legal defense if they sign it. But more likely it will make them re-think or even rescind their illegal mandate.

I like this. Thanks for posting. My sister is concerned as a teacher - that they will mandate it for her school district.

Not bad, but some things look unpolished. For example: "If I agree to receive an EUA Covid-19 injecton, does my employee health insurance plan provide complete coverage should I experience an adverse event, or even death?". What does it mean "complete coverage should I experience .... death"? Once you experienced death you don't really need any health coverage, do you? =)) As for the first part of the question they will answer "yes", because of course you will be covered, just like if you get hit by a bus.
