In a previous life, I had a Jewish girlfriend. We were at a grocery store in the NY, and there happened to be a black mother at the store entrance with her albino toddler daughter. My girlfriend became excited and started asking me "Did you see it?" like the poor child was a zoo exhibit. I said, "No I didn't see IT, but I saw HER. She's a person too - have some compassion." That was my initial wake up call to liberal hypocrisy.

Needless to say, it didn't work out in the end between us (too many fuckups on her part).

I remember seeing those Black South African students talking about Magic being Real in a science course, and saying that White People were disbelieving in Bantu/Zulu Science

I read this article about how 2 previously top respected yale professors (who happen to be married) have been under attack in recent years by the yale commies due to having the wrong opinions too many times. They're liberals, but someone called them the closest link to a conservative presence at yale. For example, they defended Brett Kavanaugh's character when he was smeared by rape accusations, and they also rejected the "affirmative consent" thing of the obama era, which would have made sex into rape if you didnt receive affirmative consent.

It was kinda interesting, although much of it was about how some angry diversity admit lied and manipulated students into helping her smear the professors. But it also talked about how yale law doesnt give grades anymore, and some other details about how meritocracy is being dropkicked into the gutter.

The wokies have been trying to sway yale for a long time, and the article said this interesting tidbit:

Prior to Dinner Partygate, Yale was already ravaged by another controversy rooted in the tension between its elite status and its use of affirmative action to balance out its classes. In February, the Yale Law Journal was hit with allegations it was (surprise, surprise) racist against black applicants. As the Washington Free Beacon noted at the time, the opposite was in fact true, and black applicants to the journal benefited from substantial affirmative action:

The activists made no concrete demands about numeric representation but alleged “inequities” in Journal admissions. “Meeting with affinity groups to present platitudes about valuing diversity in the admissions process is insufficient,” the Black Law Students Association said.

The Journal must commit to fundamental changes to its governance structure, admissions policy, submission plan, and slating that will ensure this perpetuation of racism does not ever happen again.”

The numbers tell a different story, however. Not only are blacks and Hispanics elected for membership to the top law school’s most prestigious journal at a higher rate than their white counterparts, but the admissions rate for blacks—61 percent—is higher than that of any other ethnic group.

The panic attack at Yale is decades in the making. Half a century ago, California judge and Yale alum Macklin Fleming warned what would eventually occur if universities diluted meritocratic standards to favor “underprivileged” groups.

No one can be expected to accept an inferior status willingly. The black students, unable to compete on even terms in the study of law, inevitably will seek other means to achieve recognition and self-expression. This is likely to take two forms. First, agitation to change the environment from one in which they are unable to compete to one in which they can. Demands will be made for elimination of competition, reduction in standards of performance, adoption of courses of study which do not require intensive legal analysis, and recognition for academic credit of sociological activities which have only an indirect relationship to legal training. Second, it seems probable that this group will seek personal satisfaction and public recognition by aggressive conduct, which, although ostensibly directed at external injustices and problems, will in fact be primarily motivated by the psychological needs of the members of the group to overcome feelings of inferiority caused by lack of success in their studies. And that's exactly how things have been unfolding at yale (and other universities, and society). It's impressive how people were able to predict the results so accurately. I guess it shows that they understand the relevant subject matter very well.
