DeSantis is just another Big Pharma salesman, and failed to do anything about employer mandates

He did not ban employer mandates of the Fauci death serum in Florida.

And all of his tweets are just touting a different very profitable injection, and note how he never mentions Ivermectin.

So fuck him. Done.

The only thing we need from all of our "public servants" right now is opposition to the jab.

That's it. Basic human rights.

Without that, the government is entirely illegitimate and we should all be actively undermining it for our freedom.

I thought about that but unfortunately, my company doesn't care where you live if you're remote, so the mandate still applies. Montana is restricting Montana-based employers only...they can't do anything about FL-based companies.

Are you sure? Depends on how the law is worded.

I'm not 100% sure but I have to imagine it's the case. Up and moving the whole family while my kids are in school in a matter of 1 month would be hell, but I appreciate the thought for a solution.

You are considered 'based' where your legal residence is. Also what state you pay income taxes (if any) apply as well.

So you are not 'Florida-based'.

Should there be any Mengele law enacted in CA we will move just outside the state. CA will lose quite some income tax. Also I keep hearing hospitality businesses moaning already how they lost so many patrons in SF. Glad we left that imploding shithole. I guess people will go to restaurants outside SF for now. Thus I cannot believe there's a high probability stricter laws than right now will pass, it would equate to the self destruction of CA tourism and many connected sectors (hospitality, air bnb, transportation etc.).

Yes, I would also definitely leave CA as soon as any Mengele laws are enacted.

Maybe that's part of their goal (getting people with common sense to leave) but California will definitely suffer for it.

I think we would see the collapse of whole industries. I don't think Newsom wants that, seems like a power struggle/grab by crazed out ultra leftoids

Just saw this formal letter to Gov DeSantis from a long list of docs explaining why vaccine mandates and recognizing ONLY the vaccine is wrong. They focus on prevention and treatment with Ivermectin and zinc ionophores.

I'm pretty certain that DeSantis will ignore it because he is a salesman for the pharma industry. He's just trying to protect their profits with a different expensive jab, and refuses to even consider or mention anything cheap and effective.

Maybe so but at least he is offering MAB treatments whereas the other governors let their people die without any treatments.
50   Patrick   2021 Aug 27, 1:02pm

If the treatment gets the EUAs for the jabs revoked, then I'll be impressed.

But at the moment, he just looks like yet another sales-slime for Big Pharma.

"Would you like Jab A or Jab B?"

True - faced with the decision would definitely take MAB. It's also disappointing that he didn't bar employers in FL from mandating the clot shot. It should be a big boon for businesses if they are encouraged not to mandate it so they can drain all the talent from those big globohomo corps who do.
52   Patrick   2021 Aug 27, 1:10pm

The other thing that makes suspect that DeSantis is owned is that Fauci is agreeing with DeSantis on this alternate path to shovel money to Big Pharma.

Huge red flag there.

This convinces me otherwise - After School Boards get Tallahassee Judge to rule that "Parent Choice" = "School Board overruling their choice", DeSantis withholds Salaries.

https://www.wfla.com/community/health/coronavirus/florida-education-commissioner-announces-withholding-of-school-board-member-salaries-for-2-school-districts/

Keep attacking folks, make being a Leftist School Board Member a real fing drag, and make them delay/avoid meetings, then call them tyrannical when they do. We can learn from Alinsky and the Left! Create no-win situations for them.

School Board salaries are a pittance. I am sure the Soros bribe makes up for that many times over. Withholding teachers salaries form teachers that violate the DeSantis order would be a better approach. Along with the Principal's salary.

I'm getting prepared now! I've been cleaning out stuff and getting rid of stuff. Flying to Dallas next month and have a school lined up. We were going to make a move in June after school was done but I'm not sure I want to stick around for another lockdown. We have some friends that just moved to the Plano area and they enjoy it. I went to North Carolina in June and really liked it but I'm sure they will move in the wrong direction. A few Durham restaurants are requiring the shoot just to enter and the schools in the area require masks for young children (Stupid) Lots of jobs out in Plano/Dallas area. Are you in tech - my husband is a recruiter?

Yes. My job is 100% remote already and very lucrative, so the thought of switching jobs would be terrible. I'm going to fight for an exemption first and see where that gets me. Thanks though.

I always thought dems hated big pharma for high prices. Mostly because they ignore 10 year n 2 billion in RnD has .

Now even republicans are against it.

Almost everyone enjoys from 40 to 80 yr of painless lifespan. If fauchi flu vac stays optional I am OK with them offering it.

So are both dem n rep against pharma?

Democrats are now completely pro-pharma, and pro any corporation that puts up a sodomy flag or BLM logo on their website.

It's a stunning reversal.

The R&D is a total tax write off or credit, and most of it riffs off of 100% Taxpayer Subsidized Research.

Of course, whether you're a student or curious citizen, the same comprehensive Public Funded Research Big Pharma gets for free, you have to pay JSTORS or PACER to access.

Pharma spends many more times on Marketing what it does on R&D.

When Pharma was unbanned from Advertising, there was no great leap in lifespan or health outcomes.

Reminder that while businesses can ASK employees to get vaxed, they can't ask for proof - DeSantis made it illegal

https://www.flgov.com/wp-content/uploads/orders/2021/EO_21-81.pdf
61   AmericanKulak   2021 Sep 3, 6:27pm

I should add he also made it illegal for any Florida business to demand Vax proof of customers.

AND forbade any Florida Agency from issuing or confirming Vaccine Proof/Documentation

AND the penalty for non-compliant entities is to lose all state funding.

Probably why the UFT/AFT is pivoting back to mandatory masks in Dark Blue Counties.

The salaries are likely not much.

BUT, like HOAs, the kickbacks from selecting contractors is enormous.

https://boriquagato.substack.com/p/government-takes-control-of-monoclonal?token=patrick.net

biden ordered the federal government increase control and supervision of the distribution of monoclonal antibodies, a highly effective form of covid treatment currently in widespread use, especially in florida and texas.

OK, now that monoclonal antibodies are being restricted by Biden, I'm inclined to believe that they do work.

So DeSantis rises in my estimation. Maybe I was too hasty.
64   just_passing_through   2021 Sep 12, 12:17pm

Yes, they do work and are quite safe. How fucking twisted that HHS is blocking them!

Cured my dad's lymphoma for 3 years so far. Programmed for that cancer instead of the coof.

if you are in CA there is a lawyer who writes those out here for a lot of poeple, or you can file yourself.

Exemptions are pretty easy, you claim your sincerely held religious beliefs and usually you are fine. Not accepting it is discrimination, so they have to accept it. And if they don't and fire you, you have a lawsuit you can file for wrongful termination and discrimination. This isn't random opinion, this is what was explained to me by a lawyer who is working on these now. If you want a template I can get you one, there are plenty online though.

I sent documents to Patrick via email. I can't post documents here.

Strategy is simple... keep people employed. He even does exemptions for people, he charges 1k for it (since it includes all follow ups if any come up).
But if employee does get fired after... easy lawsuit for wrongful termination.
Other lawyers might do things different, this is just one strategy.

You just have to have your ducks in a row when it comes to this, and if they do discriminate... they pay. It's the law. If anyone needs a lawyer I'll email you, I don't post online the name or contact info in case someone with bad intentions will want to cause problems.

Not that I'm a nerd. I prefer the term geek. Nerds are losers.

I believe that a "nerd" is somebody who is technically minded if not obsessed and has a love of science and well versed in it.

A geek, they play dungeons and dragons, read fantasy novels, love superhero comics and films, and sometimes have an obsession with Star Wars/Star Trek. They may or may not have any interest in science.

The geekiest I got was reading a comic series called The Tripods which was printed in Boys' Life magazine in the early 1980's. It was about an Earth that had been conquered by an alien species and the survivors piecing together the scientific knowledge of their ancestors.

72   HumanDartboard   2021 Oct 13, 4:01pm

What about becoming an independent contractor (freelancer) for the co. or working through an employment agency? Then you're not an employee of the company. I heard about a nurse working through an agency, at the same hospital that just fired her. The agency is not mandating.

Cos. hire people this way all the time to avoid paying benefits. You can ask for more money to make up for the loss of benefits. Some agencies offer health care, not sure if that means being an employee of the agency, but the agency could be in, say, Montana.

I thought about that but unfortunately, my company doesn't care where you live if you're remote, so the mandate still applies. Montana is restricting Montana-based employers only...they can't do anything about FL-based companies.
