If you want to understand what someone is doing you have to remove yourself from the situation.

The reason what US govt is doing is because it is run on principle of christianity. Govt want to convert every other country in its own image. Just like what christianity spreads.

I will tell you what. You are waging a losing battle. Abrahamic religions are desert religions. So they grow when there is scarcity. Pagan religions grow when there is abundance. Right now we have abundance of everything. So physical satiation leads to spiritual inquisitiveness. And both christianity and islam are going to loose the battle.

You can check Saudi Arabia and UAE, what are they doing because they have so much abundance. They are letting go of their Islamic beliefs.
