No. It's the same as detecting natural immunity wrt antibodies, you can show that you have immunity but it's not a proof otherwise they would let mandated people with naturally acquired antibodies and/or t-cell/b-cell immunity off the hook. The good news is that there is no proof that you haven't been jabbed either.
