He seems too smart for some of his ignorant views.

I'm pretty sure about that.

It's arguing about the argument though. Not the topic. That was classic iwog even though I agreed with a lot of what he said. Just seems similar.

Fact is the guy can do what he wants with his business. If it draws attention whatever. Why does AE even care? It's not illegal and will likely cost the guy higher UE insurance for his employees. I respect the guy for making a stand against the vaccine which everyone should. If he actually goes through with it, it will most certainly cost him money, though I don't officially know the penalties that are being proposed for companies 100+. So maybe it saves money.

The more important question instead of worrying about this OHSA shit, why was each restaurant not a separate entity or LLC? The guy would have no issues then. He likely doesn't own 4 restaurants and is BS'ing to get attention. That's the funny part about this back and forth. I can tell when someone hasn't been in charge or owned a business. This is likely just a crazy guy trying to make a point with a BS narrative.

The first reply in this thread suggested this in a different manner, but some readers here appear to have felt it personally and responded to that feeling.

That is not as easy as you think. If it were, most companies would organize their departments into LLCs to stay below the worker threshold. Trouble is, the IRS et al will look at common ownership of the LLCs and whether employees bounce around these restaurants or share management, accounting staff, or purchasing.
