"The most dangerous psychological mistake is the projection of the shadow on to others; this is the root of almost all conflicts." -Carl Jung

It feels like we're living through an era of extreme projection by the most nefarious sorts. But the truth is simply that we're stepping out of an era in which mass projection was successful insofar as it was cost effective.

These days, one person documenting a contradiction can quickly demonstrate proof that can spread as virally as the lie.

Once you recognize the pattern, you begin to see it often. It's ubiquitous among those whose power depends on control. The psychological profile of the Kunlangeta is stamped on society through the flaws in the organization of our economic incentive structures. Technology's (a)symmetry problem ensures the result, encoded in a mind virus, implanted in the youth.

Maybe pot smoking is the variable that suddenly changed everything just recently? Or temperatures rising? Maybe somebody should check out the heart attack rates closer to the equator. That would be genius!

Just so we're clear on the whole myocarditis thing, I have never personally seen a single case in 13+ years in emergency medicine. Not one. Pericarditis yes. Do they occur? Sure. But not like this. Pediatric strokes? Come on now.

I'm no expert in Jungian psychology, but my test for psychological concepts is how they grow on me as I meditate on them. Maybe I'm suddenly projecting when I see projection everywhere? Or maybe it really is all getting louder. Louder means the footsteps are getting closer.

Confession through projection. And a total lack of self-awareness that would be funny if it weren’t so sad.

I do not think most people fully appreciate the disinformation campaign taking place right now in right-wing media to de-legitimize Biden as President-elect. It has totally saturated coverage. It's everywhere.

I recently subscribed to VivaFreiBarnes at Locals.com. I find Frei and Barnes to be crisp and educational. Even if by some strange twist I never again find any of their discussions compelling, the succinct phrasing of this concept, which is part of the mass psychosis unraveling, is pure gold. This is another example of what I see as "new media as educators/education", where the masses can reject the mainstream media for a combination of education and reality after coming to grips with various flavors of Gell-Mann amnesia. Viva Frei may have popularized the phrase "confession through projection", though I haven't found out for certain whether he was the first to use it. Either way, it's a t-shirt now.

The new public health campaign against the summer heat is stupid and malicious, and it won't save any lives

Since the virus-pest-turned-heatwave-pest Karl Lauterbach announced his campaign against summer temperatures, German media will not let a single warm day pass without hyperventilation about the grave danger posed by hot weather. It’s highly interesting, how even the most idiotic and hare-brained political initiatives can so efficiently coordinate press coverage. If you’re a journalist with insight into precisely how this happens, I’d like to hear from you; please write to me at containment (at) tutanota (dot) com.

Whatever the mechanics, it’s becoming extremely obnoxious. Every time temperatures approach 30C, the newspapers fill with prewritten generic pieces urging everybody to shelter in place from the heretofore unnoticed menace of summer.

Westdeutscher Rundfunk screams that “heat is dangerous for your health” and that “high temperatures can heavily stress your heart and even be life-threatening.”

(paywall)

I can think of something else very dangerous and even life-threatening, injected into compliant idiots around the world.

Indeed - higher temperatures with associated humidity cause peoples' hearts to beat faster so that blood circulating near the surface of the skin can radiate excess heat. This is why elephants have big ears, or the dimetrodon had a big sail on its back. This kind of doesn't work if your arteries and capillaries are clogged with spike protein. It's no problem at all for purebloods.

No, people sweat to remove excess heat.

Isn't it depressing and annoying that all news is bullshit now? You'd think there would be a market for accurate truthful information but there isn't.

Sweating is also used to cool the body, but circulation is used as well. Try staying cool via sweating in 100+ temps with > 80% RH - it doesn't cut it. You start turning red from increased blood flow to the outer capillaries., and then start panting like a dog.

The opposite thing happens when you're exposed to extreme cold. The body withdraws blood from the extremities and surface capillaries to preserve core temperature. This is why frostbite occurs unless you override this process by using alcohol (which dilates capillaries). The downside of this is that your core temperature will drop faster and make it more likely that you'll succumb to hypothermia.

So yes, you are correct, but the circulatory & respiratory response to extreme heat is common among all mammals, including humans.

I survived a stroke at 20 ...

Although considered an affliction unique to the older generation, younger people — even hundreds of children every year — are affected, too.

Perfectly normal, nothing to do with the mass injection of a gene altering product which induces the body to attack itself...

Yep.

I strongly urge people to get rid of their television. That is an insidious device.
126   AmericanKulak   2023 Aug 9, 9:01pm

Kids should read the classics. Aristotle's Nicomachean Ethics, easy read. The Prince, Machiavelli, easy read. The Assemblywomen, easy read. Wealth of Nations, easy read. Shakespeare and the Illiad, easy read in Kid's versions, perferably from the 19th. All easy reads to anybody once they have an 8th Grade reading comp level.

Indian and Chinese kids use Soviet math textbooks, themselves largely re-edited versions of 19th Century Tsarist Era math books. Minimal graphs and charts.

1000 years of Pedogougy through trial and error beats the shit out of whatever new bullshit the Teacher's Union gets obsessed with like Whole Math or Whole Words or Whole Vagina turned inside out.

Anything that isn't 100 years old shouldn't be in the curriculum and preferrably older than that.

Also in universities for the most part. There's not enough time for recent events to have suffered the waves of distance in space and time when passions have cooled and 2nd, and 3rd order effects have dwindled. It aids in cool dispassionate viewing of history and human nature.

The Classics deal with human nature, men-as-they-are, the conflict within the Soul, the conflict within the State.

The Legacy Media is making a fucking ass of itself. It's a joy to behold.

The White Pill is that viewership is in the toilet, Hollywood and Burbank and Atlanta is collapsing.

It's delicious to witness that as soon as the Weathermen's Millennial Yuppiespawn SJW Green Haired chicks started making most of the content, everybody started switching them off. Newspapers are long dead; Network and Cable news is at an all time nadir. Missing Link Media (HuffPo, Salon) all toast too.

With Disney in a panic and Netflix hurting and all the woke streaming companies are getting a financial enema with no lube, it's only a matter of time. Eventually that invisible hand will slap. It's unlikely with a Rep congress even a wuss slimeball like McCarthy could get bailous for them passed (but there's a chance and Heavens hope it doesn't happen...)

Even they are abandoning legacy media. It's slow.

Look, I thought there was going to be outrage when people realized there wasn't a weapons of mass destruction program in Iraq, 20 years ago. It's painfully slow, but it's happening. I wonder how long it will be before people realize that "Qaddafi was about to cause a Humanitarian Crisis!" was bullshit.

They probably will never realize, but they will realize teeeeeeeeeveeeeeeeeeeeeee is bullshit.

Mockingbird is walking around an intensive care unit with all of its media organs on life support. They have to pump a lot of their printing press fiat bucks just to keep them with a pulse. It doesn't seem to stop them from even more extraordinary attempts at fake news, assertion fallacies, bizarre headlines with no internal logic, advertisements for their various pet fruads etc., they are punch drunk and swaggering with their punches.

Yeah, not only are we seeing them in their death throws, we can recognize their victims now.

I had no idea how much society was controlled by television, until 7 years ago. Smart, brilliant people I knew, I started hearing marketing slogans from. "Mask up", "social distance", "the unvaccinated are a threat to the vaccinated". These are the same people that were in agreement with me that the weapons of mass destruction program in Iraq was bullshit.

They aren't human.

💉 Reading yesterday’s headlines, it’s hard to escape the impression that the British are under psychological attack from their own government again. The British National Health Service, sort of like the U.S. CDC and FDA, is launching a new population-level gaslighting campaign, I mean a helpful new health campaign to, randomly, teach people about heart attacks.

Apparently, for some reason, heart attacks are “up by more than 7,000 compared to the previous year.” Weird:

According to the NHS, people were hiding their heart attacks last year. Because covid.

On the other hand, overlooking all the gaslighting, I suppose preparing Brits for signs of heart attacks is actually a good idea, since, well, you know.

💉 Uh-oh! This won’t be any good for the dwindling covid jab business. Tuesday, The New York Times ran a story with the stingy headline, “ Covid Shots May Slightly Raise Stroke Risk in the Oldest Recipients. Shots! Not vaccines. The linguistic sleight-of-hand didn’t stick past the headline, but I’d like to shake that rebellious headline editor’s hand.

It was a double-whammy. The Times just admitted there’s a teeny-tiny, slight problem with the jabs, nothing to worry about, you’ll barely notice it, but they might occasionally cause you to stroke out or possibly, rarely, very rarely, probably never happen, but you might get epilepsy. Strokes and seizures, oh my.

According to a brand-new analysis by the FDA, the mRNA jabs may slightly (after all possible adjustments were made) increase the risk of stroke when combined with the flu shot. You never know. Specifically, the researchers detected an increased stroke signal among folks 85 years or older who got the Pfizer jab, and those 65 to 74 who got the Moderna shot.

People in those groups who got both covid and flu shots saw a +20% increase in the risk of ischemic stroke after the Pfizer booster, and a +35% increase in stroke risk after Moderna.

And they were trying really hard not to find anything.

A separate FDA analysis, published at the same time last week, found a “small” but statistically significant increase in seizures after covid vaccination in children ages 2 to 5.

When you add up all these “small” and “slight” and “rare” additional risks, at the end of the day, when you put it all together, does it maybe total to numbers that aren’t actually “small” or “slight?” Is the mRNA shots’ demonic confounder the fact that they injure people in so many different ways?

The Times blandly reported the FDA would not make the researchers available for interviews. For some reason.
