Gorsuch writes the majority opinion on Page 18, excoriates Sotomayor for not explaining her ruling in light of precedence, calling her view "Radical".

The statements I have read from Sotomayor display a subjective and not very intelligent perspective. It doesn't take a lawyer to see that pretty clearly. It seems she is lofted way above her highest level of incompetency. Roberts, of course, is merely Epsteined and doesn't rule from law, he takes dictation and wraps it in a legalese package for his owners.

It seems from those overheard tirades, Roberts is not above threatening and intimidating his fellow justices. He's also muscle for his owners.

There was a ruling or no? What was it?

Did anyone expect a female, race based pick by Obama to be intelligent? Classic left move of not picking the best and the brightest for a lifetime job with rare job openings and judging on some of the most important cases for our country. And just like Roberts with the Republicans, at some point Democrats are going to regret her being there if she stays radical and stupid.

OK, this is not the kind of thing I follow or know much about, but I have seen things that indicate that the Dem’s would benefit GREATLY by an overturning of Roe. It would be the great rallying focus and would be the one thing that might pull their asses out of the fire come the mid-terms. Could the The Supremes be subject to this kind of rank political maneuvering? At the expense of the rest of their legitimacy, at least to 1/2 of the country.
All of our institutions are losing their legitimacy right in front of us.
