Sen. Joe Manchin Says He Won't Vote for ‘Build Back Better' Bill in Blow to Biden

WASHINGTON—Sen. Joe Manchin (D., W.Va.) said he won’t support his party’s “Build Back Better” plan, a decision that could doom President Biden’s top domestic-policy priority.

“This is a ‘no’ on this legislation,” Mr. Manchin said on Fox News Sunday. “I have tried everything.”
