Since 2008 they allegedly spent umpteens billions $$ to modernize their army and this is what they got - bedframes on tanks and firewood on military trucks? Were these billions simply stolen?Stolen, mislocated, mis-appropriated, etc. Using the $$ to develop hypersonic shit (or just cartoons to show hypersonic shit) has a much greater "wow" factor than to change manufacturing processes. Plus, military is a huge bureaucracy which may miss stupidly obvious things until it's collective face is rubbed right into it.

2004 General Lobbyist Technology Donations:
Senator John McCain $5000
Rep Paul Ryan $5000
Rep Nancy Pelosi $5000
Are those figures an average per donor? If they are total amounts, then they are insignificant. Those lobbyists would lose out to others that offer 6 figure book deals and speaking fees.

EDIT: (This post is sarcastic, but basically what happens with military contracts.)
"Ukraine has a corruption problem therefore it's OK for Russia to bomb their apartment blocks with civvies inside". - Putin's knob polishers on this board.

Oddly enough, in parts of the US where handguns are tightly controlled, one is allowed to own weapons like a Javelin and a cannon. Obviously not practical.

No idea wtf is this party bus:According to the header that's TOR, short-range air defense system. Public is better familiar with it's medium-range cousin BUK because BUK shut down MH17.

Have you read or listened to anything about Ukraine or Russia longer than a few minutes? All your links are from sites who spent the last two years banning all opinions that didn't match theirs. I've looked at your sources, in depth, and have yet to find anything remotely credible. Have you bothered to read any of my posts?
