Putin doesn't have gender dysmorphia, which probably means, he isn't as mentally disturbed as your average US Army desired recruit.
The network uses several retired British and German generals as technical experts. Each one of these men devoted his entire military career to studying the Russian military and the Russian nuclear weapons program. The consensus was that Russia now is much more likely to use nuclear weapons than the old Soviet Union. They felt that it was inevitable that nuclear weapons would be used in Europe. Again, these are just opinions. But it gives one pause to think.
