VIOLET: I feel like it's not right that the schools are forcing the kids, you know, to wear a mask, to take tests and to make the vaccines, you know, it's just not right to the people. The director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in a new interview celebrated data suggesting that those who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 largely "do not carry the virus."

CDC director Dr. Rochelle Walensky told MSNBC's Rachel Maddow on Monday that "our data from the CDC today suggests that vaccinated people do not carry the virus" or get sick.

"It's not just in the clinical trials, but it's also in real-world data," she added.

Even if it was a year ago, it would still be inexcusable for Trump to continue to double down as most sober people had already realized that lockdowns were a total failure and massive infringement on our civil rights.

Remember, Trump was criticizing DeSantis just a few weeks ago over his COVID policies making the ludicrous claim that Cuomo and New York did it better.
