Some two years into COVID Mania, it appears that the forces for COVID tyranny have abandoned their failed war on a virus, at least for now. But they still can’t give up on the reality that it was all for nothing. They can’t acknowledge that the people in charge of society got everything they wanted, and ended up destroying hundreds of millions of lives, with nothing beneficial (at least for decent people) to show for it. ...

Big Tech is engaged in a giant mop up operation to protect the COVID narrative. Powerful governments and the corporate press, as their most loyal allies, is happy to churn out the material to accommodate them. These forces are creating an echo chamber that insists upon complete uniformity. So to protect the narrative, dissidents must be banished from the public square.

According to the narrative, we just discovered that these “tools” may not really work. But that can’t be the fault of the people who employed these tools. In the echo chamber, there was no dissent to this two year campaign of draconian terror. Exposing the longevity of the outsider narrative will cause a problem for the people in charge, so it’s best to instead remove evidence that this outsider narrative existed in the first place.

Just this week, the outstanding journalist Michael Senger, the author of “Snake Oil: How Xi Jinping Shut Down The World” was banned from Twitter.

His infraction? Restating the reality that the past two years have been a catastrophe of pseudoscience, and that all of the suffering imposed upon the masses have only created additional problems on top of the virus problem.

Friday morning, they added radio host Shannon Joy to the list for highlighting the tens of thousands of VAERS side effect reports in COVID vaccines given to children.

You don’t want to give people the idea that Big Pharma has transformed into a cartel of money and power hungry snake oil scammers and outright scam artists.

You don’t want the plebeians to start thinking that the CDC, FDA, NIH and every other Government Health departments couldn’t care less about their health, and are merely a tool of state interests.

Those directly responsible are unlikely to face any form of reckoning. And rather than remorse, they seem to find the whole thing amusing. The unnecessary lives lost, the destruction of faith in the public health enterprise, vaccines in general, the entire medical/hospital system, the US Department of Health and Human Services, and government in general. Ha ha. Oh well, not our fault. Just the way things are.

I don't see what is bad about this.

People shouldn't ever have any faith in any of those previously.

The most frustrating thing to me is people stubbornly have faith in their own oppressors. If it takes a great betrayal of corrupt institutions to get the majority of people to recognize, YES, these are corrupt institutions and they MUST be reformed, I think you have to welcome this sort of betrayal.

At the cost of two years of public and political insanity, at least I know where these institutions and medicine stand. It means I have an improved chance of surviving IN SPITE of them into the future.

It's nice to know now that we don't have to implement our plan to flee the state because it was on the verge of sending press gangs to people's doors to force the death jab.

I'm grateful that I have a lot less trust in Modern Medicine, and the first question when it comes to TheScience(tm): Who paid for it and who profits?

Lol. Truth though. I frankly think it's healthy from a stress level perspective, not even what is in wine (aside from alcohol). Alcohol is bad, but stress I'd argue is even worse mentally and physically to the body. Unwinding at the end of the day is healthy.

Also, every wealthy person I know drinks. Not one abstains 100%. Most all drink daily. Even the devout religious people I know. Even the one or two hardcore alcoholics I know that have "quit" still drink, they just lie about it. Key is managing consumption and not letting it take control of your life. Same with anything you consume. I could take 200MG of gummies right now and basically trip for the next 10 hours. That would be stupid.

That's why I plan my heavy drinking days around vacation or trips and generally only have 1-3 beers a night when not on vacation. That's my splurge time so to speak with alcohol. Key is to keep it chill, especially if you're an angry drinker. At an AI or beach vacation I'll easily down 10-20 drinks (beer) in a day. I space it out, don't do shots and I'm good till 1-2am and don't act like an ass.

Also, fact is anyone with an alcohol addiction knows it. Don't trust a person that says they don't have a problem with alcohol if they won't admit it, yet you see it. They're too far down the rabbit hole and will lie about everything else in their lives. I've witnessed it. A couple glasses of wine is no biggie in my world. I know you're retired Patrick, but if it helps calm you down at the end of the day or whatever, it's probably better than whatever big Pharma is going to pump into you if you have stress or anxiety.

Unless I get cancer or something I won't take a fucking pill until needed to keep me alive. Something in my shoulder is likely torn right now, I won't take a thing for pain. We have the ability to cover up problems and they just get worse because of pain killers. Next thing you know you're dead because your gut pain was from something that could have been treated but was covered up from pain meds. OTC pain meds and prescribed meds are the devil.

Shop at a small local shop. There's a ton of Indian places around me, their produce is cheaper, I do like beans and those are super cheap - rice is superior to anything you can buy at an American supermarket (but it MUST be washed, Indian rice is not clean, you have to rinse it in a colander or sieve) their produce isn't year round, but it's cheaper and it's often local.

If you have to buy something out of a BOX, CAN, or BOTTLE, then Safeway is fine, but if you want to buy food, go to a local grocery.

When I see Indians at Safeway I'm always tempted to ask them what the hell they are doing there. I'm there to buy beer. They're buying Indian spices and cans of food. I'd NEVER buy Indian anything (or Mexican) at Safeway. Inferior quality and higher prices, because nobody in their right mind buys that sort of food from Safeway.

Most Americans are afraid to go to those markets because they tend to be in "edgier" feeling neighborhoods. I love them. Had some great ones on the SW side of Chicago that I'd frequent (Mexican). Authentic Mexican is the bomb. Pissed my kids won't eat it, so we rarely get to those markets or restaurants in our area. Lots of Mexicans and Puerto Ricans in the Chicago region. Puerto Rican food is awesome too.

Definitely less processed foods at those places. Now I'm hungry.... Pool party tomorrow. Might hit up the Mexican market near me and make some tacos or something. Neighbor had a graduation party and they had a Mexican taco truck that was actually pretty good.

Best BBQ you can get state side is in the ghetto. You legit do have to worry about a stray bullet though in most those locations. South side of Chicago has some top notch BBQ. Hole in the wall type places with plexiglass at the counter. We have a great place in town for BBQ, but they SUCK at staffing the place. Food is good, orders are wrong 90% of the time.
