Why are there still Soviet era Pathogens in Ukraine?

It's been funded since the Nunn-Lugar Bill in the late 90s. Financing for "Biolabs" have been there since that time, with another big effort in 2005 with Senator Obama cosponsoring a bill.

Why are the Soviet Pathogens still extant? The Nukes aren't. They've either been rendered harmless or removed out of the country.

Why can't the "Soviet Era" bioweapons be incinerated, dumped in alcohol or hydrogen peroxide or whatever, 25 years on?

The biolabs are the 'new nukes'. Just like DEWs from space, fake pandemics with death dealing vaccines and HAARP, the Deep State are always striving for covert ways to commit mass murder. Nukes were too sloppy, too obvious, and subject to instant, massive retaliation. After all, the
Globalists wouldn't want to get hurt while killing the rest of us.
