It’s too bad the military is lowering its standards for females.
Maybe it’s not a problem as long as they can pick up a rifle, but the females don’t yet.
I think the infantry will be smaller and special forces more important maybe.
I’m actually all for letting them go mix it up, why pay them to sit around? Go shoot something already.

Hey, why do we need an army at all? To fight who exactly? We are already out of AFG, almost out of the ME, we should be getting out of Europe (can't fight there anyway as Germans don't have an army, French are... well, French and Russians have nukes so it's a non-starter right there). What's left? Canadians? Mexicans? Puhleeze!

None of our wars are legal. They are all wars of aggression. We haven't had a war to protect this nation since WWII, and I'm even a little suspicious about that.
War is only permissible for protection of the nation. All other uses are immoral and by UN treaty, illegal. Doesn't matter, nobody follows the law.
If the US really was in a struggle over terrorism, the solution is simple - close the borders, become self sufficient with energy, and make it quite clear that any terrorist attack will result in a nuclear bomb being detonated. The war on terror was obviously bullshit, it was always a war OF terror, against the population of the United States and against some 3rd world nations for corporate profit and to prevent counties like Iraq and Libya from leaving the petrodollar standard.
This also neatly explains why our government ALWAYS has to lie us into a war, none of the actual reasons for the war would be considered a justifiable reason for war because they aren't.

As detailed by The Hill, the decision follows a RAND-led study that found men could easily pass the new Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) in comparison to women and older soldiers who were “failing at noticeably higher rates.”
Indeed, the new standardized test developed for both men and women was easier for men to pass and harder for women. The test, which was is made up of six events, was developed in 2019, and was an expansion from the three events — push-ups, sit-ups and a run — that soldiers were previously subjected to.
“This test is an essential part of maintaining the readiness of the Army as we transform into the Army of 2030,” said Army Secretary Christine Wormuth. “The revisions to the ACFT are based on data and analysis, including an independent assessment required by Congress. We will continue to assess our implementation of the test to ensure it is fair and achieves our goal of strengthening the Army’s fitness culture.”
