It's about time! Damn, I hate those friggin' masks. You'd think the hippy leftists would be against the government telling them what to do, but they strangely embrace totalitarian tactics these days.

They met there # goals for people to get injected with the mRNA shot.

Now we wait for people to drop.

Then another "plandemic" and more lockdowns and other crap again.

Concerning that the CDC, NIH, WHO (not Daltrey/Townsend) have been talking out of their collective asses for the past two years, a court issued science 'opinion piece' is nothing special.

Yeah I think going mask free was supposed to be the reward for being vaccinated. But lots of places in the Bay Area are still requiring both. The Computer History Museum, for example, is requiring masks, vaccination, and staying 6 feet apart.

The left has become exactly what it claimed to hate: elitist, violent, authoritarian, intolerant, and racist.

And they never even noticed.

The CDC finally got a clue; they haven't worn masks in Florida since July 2021.

I wasn't going to fly again until they dropped the mask bullshit.

I haven't seen specifics of the case, but I'd guess it's related to infringement of personal freedom.
I'd love the hear the mental gymnastics of someone trying to justify the CDC's decision as health based. The hypocrisy is once again staggering.

The CDC had nothing to do with this reversal. A judge in a Federal District Court in Florida “vacated” their order as overstepping their authority to inspect and disinfect vehicles crossing state lines. The CDC is speechless. Nothing on this in their newsroom:

As for the TSA, they had just been following CDC’s illegal orders, just like other transit agencies across the country. I’m sure they’re happy to be seen as the good guys for once, giving people back some freedom instead of continually taking it away.

The TSA is within the Dept. of Homeland Security, headed up by the vermin-faced Alejandro Mayorkas, a white Jewish guy who pretends to be a minority, as he is from Cuba.
Mayorkas is pure scum.

"The Border Patrol agents who were accused of “whipping” Haitian migrants have been cleared of wrongdoing. The same can’t be said for the liberals who smeared them in their support of opening up the southern border.

Fox News reported that the border agents under investigation in this faux whipping controversy have been cleared, though the New York Post reports that being cleared does not preclude the officers from being fired. But the agents have been cleared, and it was clear that they should have been almost immediately after the media-fabricated scandal broke. Even the photographer who took the pictures that were used to pillory the agents said he never saw the agents whip anyone.

You would think that the bosses of those agents would defend them or at least make sure they weren’t being unfairly condemned. You would be wrong. Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas played right along with the fake controversy. He said he was “horrified,” saying in the same breath that he would let the investigation run its course but that “the pictures that I observed troubled me profoundly.” Mayorkas told CNN that “one cannot weaponize a horse to aggressively attack a child. That is unacceptable.” His mind was already made up."

Just like everything else about the scamdemic, looks like this was completely illegal, as well as immoral:

"US District Judge Kathryn Miele in Tampa voided the CDC’s masking requirement covering airplanes and other public transit because the mandated exceeded the CDC’s authority, the CDC failed to justify its decision, and did not follow rules under the Administrative Procedure Act."

Sounds like CDC may have even violated their own policies. If people questioned this stuff from the beginning, even a little bit, none of it ever would have happened.
