Show me proof that Ukraine labs funded by US are BSL-5. So far, you have just created another word salad without any links that you constantly require of others. Ukraine having chem or bio weapons does not prove that US funds bio labs there, and does not prove that US funds BSL-5 labs.
Every large nation has chemical weapons. For example, Yanukovich used cheremuha which is chloroacetophenone, to disperse protesters in 2013 or 20-4.

According to its own spokesman, Ukraine assassinated a top Russian general in Moscow using an IED attached to a parked electric scooter. Until yesterday when he was involuntarily relieved from duty, General Igor Kirillov headed Russia’s Radiological, Chemical and Biological Defense Troops, charged to protect Russian soldiers from any of those weapons.

We’ve encountered General Kirillov before, remember? He’s the Russian general who investigated the Ukrainian biolabs. He unsuccessfully tried to convince the United Nations —thrice— to focus on what the United States was doing in Ukraine and in other third-world countries. Specifically, Kirillov once said "The Rosemont Seneca Investment Fund, headed by Hunter Biden, and the Soros Foundation are involved in financing biological laboratories in Ukraine."

Top Russian General Who Accused Democrats of Funneling Profits from Secret Ukrainian Biolabs to Fund Elections – Is Blown Up in Moscow

As reported earlier in May 2022, Democrats in the US partnered with pharma companies and foundations led by George Soros and Bill Gates to set up bioresearch in Ukraine, using the project to generate additional funding for elections, the Russian military claimed in its latest biolab briefing.

“It needs to be said that the ideologues of US military biological research in Ukraine are leaders of the Democratic Party,” said Lieutenant-General Igor Kirillov, the head of the Russian Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Force, as reported by Russia Today.

According to RT, the US government set up a way to fund the military bio-research directly from the federal budget, but also used government guarantees to raise funds from “non-governmental organizations controlled by the leadership of the Democratic Party,” Kirillov said.

These organizations include the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Clinton Foundation, George Soros’s Open Society and investment funds, the Rockefeller Foundation, the EcoHealth Alliance, and Hunter Biden’s Rosemont Seneca Partners, Kirillov claimed.

The Russian Defense Ministry spox also named Pfizer, Moderna, Merck and Gilead as involved in this scheme, “using it to test medications while bypassing international safety standards”, according to RT. In return, Big Pharma donates to the Democratic Party, Kirillov claimed.
