Walton County District Attorney Randy McGinley wrote about the punishment for Zachary and William Zulock Monday morning.

"This all but guarantees that the victims will not have to worry as they grow older about their abusers being free," stated McGinley.

According to local reports, the child sex abusers, who shared the same last name, are a couple.

The home where Zachary and William Zulock lived with the two young victims was searched. Surveillance cameras from inside the house contained 7 terabytes of video showing multiple incidents of the Zulocks committing sexual abuse in different parts of the house, a news release from McGinley's office stated. Seized cell phones also contained graphic images and videos of the abuse, including "graphic text and social media messages" about the sexual abuse.

The investigation into the Zulocks began in July 2022 after a "cyber tip" was received by the Georgia Bureau of Investigations who then notified Walton County sheriff’s investigators about the "homemade child sexual abuse material."

Hunter Lawless told investigators he had received the pictures and videos depicting child sexual abuse material from Zach Zulock. Prosecutors noted that Zulock's confession led them to get a search warrant for the home in Walton County.

Evidence discovered in the seized cell phones revealed another individual, Luis Vizcarro-Sanchez, received messages from Zachary Zulock about the sexual abuse of one of the victims. Vizcarro-Sanchez testified about the Zulocks.

Judge Jeffrey L. Foster ordered the Zulocks to 100 years in prison followed by life on probation.
