One such battle was decided this week in the US Supreme Court: West Virginia v EPA, about US government agencies under the executive branch usurping legislative and judicial prerogatives — in this case to enforce “Green New Deal” policies on the electric power industry by agency fiat, as if by law. No-can-do, the SCOTUS said in a 6-3 decision. The ruling will tend to quash the growing tyranny of the unelected federal bureaucracy issuing diktats that nobody has voted for, like the Department of Education’s increasingly insane use of the 1972 Title IX [nine] update of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to jam biological male transsexuals into women’s sports and locker rooms.

Much of this agency mischief has emanated in recent years from whoever is in the White House issuing executive orders to get around a recalcitrant Congress. Barack Obama was especially prolific at it and now the junta behind “Joe Biden” is trying to emulate Mr. O. The upshot is that the Green New Deal is dead because even a Democratic majority Congress is too chicken to vote for measures likely to bring down the electric grid and put an end to mass motoring (though current trends suggest exactly that outcome is in the cards even without government action). ...

War is not the glorious romp it used to be, either, in the days of caparisoned hussars and grenadiers in colorful enfilade. Now it’s more like being a swarm of gnats in a bug-zapper: pfffftttt… and you’re just one of ten thousand fellow gnats parlayed into the plane of ignominious nonexistence, sans accolades and salutes. Thus, our supremely stupid campaign against Russia in Ukraine, which is so not going well that it is hard to find a comparable strategic fiasco in history.

Decreasingly, too, our oil production, thanks explicitly to “Joe Biden’s” policies. Next, he’ll beg Mr. Putin for a discount on Russian oil while threatening to punch him in the face. Life for us will get simpler, for sure, but it doesn’t have to be a trip back to the eleventh century. Fraud vitiates immunity from liability. The pharma companies will go out of business and their profits will be clawed back in countless lawsuits. My personal theory is that the Covid-19 release was wholly and entirely about getting rid of Donald Trump and nothing else, in order to protect the permanent bureaucracy, a.k.a. the deep state, which was faltering in its countless turpitudes against the people, including the FBI and DOJ’s complicity in the criminal frauds and seditions of RussiaGate, and the CIA’s complicity in the “whistleblower” shenanigans behind Trump impeachment No. 1. The “long game” in the Covid-19 scam of 2020 was obviously to set-up the loosest mail-in voting apparatus possible to enable maximum ballot fraud in that year’s elections. The catch is, the Covid-19 play did not protect the deep state; it only further demonstrated its malevolence.

“Joe Biden” — or the gang operating behind the Potemkin President — now seeks to keep some sort of public health emergency declaration in force, this time over the laughable monkeypox, to pave the way for more maximum ballot fraud via mail-in votes in the 2022 midterms. Watch as they attempt to shut down public polling places. Who will stop them? Individual state’s attorney generals could sue on the grounds of the federal government’s abrogating the states’ constitutional duty to manage their own elections. Or perhaps the states will defy the feds and just keep their polling place open, calling their bluff. What will the Federal Election commission and AG Merrick Garland do then? Nullify the votes? (Invite a civil war?)

The regime must know that the next Congress is going to rip the face off the deep state and likely impeach “Joe Biden” for accepting bribes from countries hostile to the USA. Mr. Garland might try a maneuver to convict Hunter Biden on a Mickey Mouse tax crime in order to put all that laptop evidence under seal, but I doubt that will protect the Big Guy in an impeachment proceeding, if he lives until January. For the moment, they’ve got “JB” stuffed in a White House closet somewhere with an unshakable return of his Covid symptoms. They can only keep him out of sight so long. The person assigned to preside over the case was magistrate judge Bruce Rhinehart, a one-time DOJ attorney who had been involved in the 2007 Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking prosecution, and who then mysteriously switched sides in mid-litigation and signed on as a lawyer for Epstein. Europe is in a world of hurt thanks to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, along with Western sanctions imposed on Russia. And also because the majority there is enraptured by political philosophies that attempt to pave over rational economics Enron-style. Energy prices have increased so fast and so much that planning around the lack of energy required to produce fertilizer quickly became impossible. As we head toward Winter, Europeans could very well face freezing temperatures and a lack of food to go around. The obvious solution of running around playing football to generate heat is off the table as many who attempt it seem to fall dead for reasons still unknown. Without adequate food or heat, millions could die. That process may have begun already with Russian energy executives kicking the bucket left and right. If all that isn't enough, spikes in mortality and morbidity could confound the grand experiment that is the mass global COVID-19 vaccine rollout. There are those who blame Europe's predicament on what appear to be shallow, virtue-signaling energy policies with no forward thinking, balanced investment, or stress testing. Europe doesn't have the infrastructure to replace the Nordstream and other lines. Europe has been buying Russian oil since before the USSR collapsed, at least as far back as the 1970s.

As long as energy prices are up, it won't much effect Russia, and over time, Russia will build the infrastructure to supply India, and China.

Europe will experience shortages because their is no way to (currently) important the energy to Europe. The US has energy shortages because PedoHitler is closing down pipelines to advantage people like Warren Buffet who has been investing in rail lines. The myth of the "genius investor" is just that, a myth. These are people that work deals with politicians that are corrupt, and have the politicians make policy so they can profit.

Seems the FBI might have been rope-a-doped on the Mar-a-Lago caper. What the FBI confiscated were reams of evidence of the agency’s own misconduct dating back through the RussiaGate op. Then they attempted to hide the list of all that material by redacting the affidavit that accompanied the search warrant. Their aim: to designate all that evidence inadmissible in future proceedings against them due to it being tagged to an “ongoing investigation” that will never end. This has been FBI Chief Chris Wray’s ploy every time he’s been faced serious questioning in Congress. I can’t speak about ongoing investigation.
