The nasty little secret is that for most bills, only TWO congressmen vote on them, one Democrat and one Republican, and they call it "unanimous consent". The rest of Congress is usually absent.

Our Reps are the voices we send to DC to “equally represent” us. That HAS NOT been the case.
Rep. Rosendale said, “they will be shocked to learn…the nasty little secret”.
