Republican House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) has blasted Democrat President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) chief for “failure to comply” with demands to hand over documents related to the border crisis.

Jordan has requested that DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas hand over documents that the agency reported has on “several alleged criminal illegal aliens” who reportedly crossed the Southern Border into the United States.

However, Jordan accuses Majorkas of withholding the documents, which the congressman blasted as “unacceptable.”

The documents relate to a slew of illegal aliens accused of serious crimes within the United States.

Jordan has written to Mayorkas renewing requests for the production of immigration documents, including the “A-Files” or alien files.

Some of the requests date back as far back as October but have not yet been fulfilled.

Jordan believes the Biden administration is intentionally withholding the information.

In the letter, which is also signed by other GOP lawmakers including subcommittee chairs Tom McClintock (R-CA) and Ben Cline (R-VA), said the DHS has “failed to comply.”

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) has just dropped the hammer on the Democrat judge overseeing the so-called “hush money” case against President Donald Trump in New York.

Jordan has a subpoena for information on the political work conducted by the daughter of New York State Supreme Court Judge Juan Merchan.

Loren Merchan runs a company called Authentic Campaigns.

The first does political work for the campaigns of top Democrats, including President Joe Biden, Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris, and anti-Trump Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA).

Jordan sent a letter to Michael Nellis, the founder and CEO of Authentic Campaigns.

The letter accuses Nellis of failing to comply with House investigators’ demands for any and all documents related to the prosecution of President Trump.

The committee wrote to Loren Merchan earlier this month requesting documents in its probe into Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s case against Trump.

In his Wednesday letter, Jordan pointed out that Nellis himself rejected that request as well as a subsequent one later in the month.

“As such, the Committee is left with no choice but to resort to compulsory process,” Jordan wrote.
“Popularly elected prosecutors, such as Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, have engaged in an unprecedented abuse of authority by prosecuting a former President of the United States and current nominee for that office.

“Of relevance to the Committee’s oversight is the impartiality of Judge Juan Merchan, the presiding trial judge, due to his refusal to recuse himself from the case in light of his apparent conflicts of interest and biases.”

“One such conflict is Ms. Merchan’s—daughter of Judge Merchan and President of Authentic Campaigns—work on behalf of President Trump’s political adversaries and the possible financial benefit that Ms. Merchan and Authentic Campaigns received from the prosecution and conviction of President Trump.”

Jordan said public reports indicated to him that both Nellis and Loren Merchan were “closely involved in the presidential campaigns of both President Biden and Vice President Harris.”

Agreed, but it is a difficult situation cause as soon as Jordan and co. stopped writing "strongly worded" letters leading to nowhere and actively interfere in the leftoids shenanigans they will be called insurrectionists. Regardless I think it's time for some America first politicians to go bolder than letters and reports
