So I cannot imagine the numbers in the inner city.

I'd guess it to be 1.2-1.5 abortions for every woman in the US if averaged out. It's why it's such a big issue. I'm sure there are stats on it, but it's difficult to track since it's a "medical" procedure, and HIPPA and all that. Remember too that abortions don't always occur in a legal medical setting. Especially in red states that are more strict. There are ways to abort a baby without a doc.

I don't like abortion at all, but I'd be broke if my one SIL had all those kids. Slightly worried that she's pregnant now and not telling anyone. Or she might just be getting fat. She can't care for a child, hence why we have my nephew living with us. She looks pregnant though, so I'm a bit freaked out. Haven't said anything to the wife. Praying it's weight gain as I can't do a 4th kid at even my youngish age. My SIL is "there" in that she wished me a happy fathers day for taking care of our nephew, but she's not "there" mentally if that makes sense.

Welfare, wic, and any other gov assistance should be limited to one child. If a woman goes in for abortion they should tie her tubes or at the very least surgically insert some form of long term birth control.

Agreed I would say it's anywhere between 0.5 and 1.5 on avg. per woman. Most leftoids had at least one and even among the more moderate 1 is not uncommon, only whole life solid conservatives trend towards zero

Another thing, isn't this all about letting the states decide if its legal or not? Meaning all the deep blue woke states will still have legal free abortions and these states are where the majority of these protesters are from. So what is the big deal?
