You can clearly see David did not "assault" Freeland. It's arguable that never even made physical contact.

Worse yet, Justin Trudeau has effectively suppressed Canadians' access to independent media, compelling them to otherwise go to the CBC, what Elon Musk would call "government-funded media."

Canada has thrown its full support behind the World Health Organization’s (WHO) power grab that seeks to gain control over sovereign nations under its new “Global Pandemic Treaty.”

On the surface, good news. Of course, the cabal is going to appeal. In cases of gov't vs citizens, I don't think they shouldn't have the right to appeal due to the overwhelmingly lopsided balance of power and resources.

And no matter what the outcome of the court case is, nothing will change. Turdhole won't be punished. Neither will Freeland or any other members of the hive that violated people's rights. Government always gets this loophole in evading justice. Their crimes go on for months or years while it gets dragged through the courts, and if they're found to be unconstitutional they just get told "stop doing that" and no punishment. They stop (or have already stopped) doing it, and have started up on something else that accomplishes the same thing. Lather, rinse, repeat.

Someone else in the ZH comments pointed out that the ruling does not invalidate the emergencies clause they used to do this, so it sits there just waiting to be abused again. It also doesn't grant any damages to the plaintiffs.

How many cases like this do people have to see, year after year, decade after decade, before they finally realize that once a system has become thoroughly corrupted, you cannot fix the system through the system?
