Why doesn't Ukraine fly sorties to Moscow and St Petersburg

Twenty-five years ago, Ukraine possessed the world’s third-largest nuclear arsenal. It had inherited 175 long-range missiles and more than 1,800 warheads after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Following two years of talks been the United States, Russia, and Ukraine, U.S. President Bill Clinton announced a breakthrough on January 10, 1994. Ukraine had agreed to remove all nuclear weapons from its soil in exchange for assurances that Russia would respect its sovereignty.
where they struggle to get recruits?
When war broke out, Denys volunteered his services to the Ukraine Air Force. He was turned down because his skills were needed to get the airline industry going when the war is over.
Denys could have taken his wife and daughter and fled Ukraine. There is an acute worldwide shortage of qualified airline pilots like Denys. Even in the US where work permits are hard to come by, Denys would find himself flying for a US airline and making a great salary.
Denys decided to stay in his beloved home country. He started a podcast that is now watched all over the world. He gives daily reports on what is happening in Ukraine. He is accurate and balanced in his reporting. Last night, he had to take shelter in the basement of the house where he is staying. Air raid sirens had warned everyone to take cover. The Russians had fired many cruise missiles at civilian targets in his area. In the dark of the basement, Denys gave his report. It was an act of courage and self-sacrifice. Denys is a true patriot! He deserves our respect and admiration!!
