💉 Our long international nightmare is over! Sort of. The TSA announced yesterday that the jab passport requirement for international visitors to the U.S. will end on May 11th, when covid will magically no longer be a threat to anybody.
Technically, the TSA hasn’t actually said anything, they just extended the prior deadline, and could potentially extend the passport requirement again. But the short term of the extension — just one month — and the fact the May 11th date was the same one Biden originally announced as the date the state of emergency would end makes most folks conclude this might really be it.
Maybe Novak Djokovic will be purified and cleansed of his impurities on May 11th, and might actually get to play tennis in the U.S. this year.
University of California COVID vaccine mandate policy is under review yet again.
We learned today in an email reply from the General Counsel’s office that the University of California COVID vaccine mandate policy is under review yet again. The last time the University of California Office of the President (UCOP) updated the systemwide COVID vaccine policy was on December 12, 2022. Previous to this update, the COVID vaccine requirements were the primary series and one booster dose. Beginning December 12, 2022, community members were eligible to “opt-out” of booster requirements (except healthcare workers).
The University of California Schools Can No Longer Ignore Public Push Back
On July 15, 2021, the University of California Office of the President (UCOP) announced that faculty, staff, and students would be required to take the primary series COVID-19 vaccine for “the safety and well-being of the entire university community”. On December 21, 2021, the UCOP updated the UC Vaccine Policy requiring all community members to receive the COVID-19 monovalent booster before January 31, 2022. While the UCs announced that medical and religious exemptions would be considered; for many, they were not easy to get…
As stated in our previous post, time is of the essence to voice our concerns over the unscientific and unethical nature of these coercive policies.
Please take some time today to email the General Counsels and the Chancellors of each of the UC colleges to urge them to drop their COVID vaccine mandates most especially while their policy is under review.
Thank you all.

LAUSD Firing Unvaccinated Teachers and Staff – Even With Teacher Shortage

Santa Clara University Students Must Take COVID Vaccines or Withdraw
Maine Becomes Latest US State to End COVID-19 Vaccine Mandates for Health Care Workers
Moronic mandates when the data show the vaccinated are now more likely to catch COVID.
The pandemic is over. We all know the COVID-19 vaccine did not work “as promised” or become even slightly effective. So, why are these 104 colleges still mandating we inject this harmful shot into our children and young adults?
Dr. Clayton Baker Urges Santa Clara University to Drop Their COVID Vaccine Mandates
Just the original two shots, which, of course, are no longer available for most adults. (In April, the Food and Drug Administration changed its recommendation for first-time vaccinations from the two-dose regimen tested in the clinical trials to “a single dose of a bivalent vaccine” - even though we have literally NO evidence of how that vaccine works in unjabbed people. Because science!)
And even for remote employees? Especially for remote employees, friend, the Times is looking out for you!
Besides, a Covid jab requirement is the most efficient way to make sure no one who isn’t woke accidentally slips through. ...
Across the Hudson River from the Times, Rutgers University - New Jersey’s state university, best known for a football team that was held scoreless by the Big 10 powerhouses Minnesota and Maryland last year - is also requiring Covid shots for its students:
All students - including new, returning, transfer, and visiting students - are required to have received the COVID 19 primary vaccination series (two doses) OR the bivarient (one dose) OR have an approved medical or religious exemption.
The most egregious part of this mandate is that whoever wrote it couldn’t even be bothered to get the name of the new shot right. It’s not bivarient, it’s bivalent.
It causes myocarditis either way, though!

Providence Hospital System Announces New Mandatory COVID Vaccines for Healthcare Workers

Institutions that continue to enforce the vaccine mandates are responsible for a lot of social carnage. Students are isolated, employees are fired, parents are shamed, friendships are ruined, and families are torn apart. College students, in particular, are facing a deeply unconstitutional and unethical medical mandate that violates one of our fundamental liberties as American citizens.
In order to attend some colleges in the US, particularly some of the most elite universities, prospective students are required to receive the initial series of the COVID-19 vaccine, and sometimes, a booster as well. Those who remain unvaccinated are left with no choice but to scramble for an exemption or forgo college altogether. ...
Sovereignty over our bodies is the most fundamental of all human freedoms. If we don’t own our own bodies, what do we own?
One of the three judges admitted he was “shocked” and “floored” by LAUSD’s ongoing Covid-19 vaccine mandate for its employees as well as by LAUSD’s “irrational” justification for the policy.
Another judge expressed his concern over the breadth of the district court’s decision and declared that the district court’s rationale was clearly wrong.
When LAUSD’s counsel, Connie Michaels, addressed the panel, the judges peppered her with questions, such as: Does it matter whether the shot stops transmission? If the shots don’t stop transmission, what’s the argument for them? Is there any law anywhere that qualifies Jacobson? [Jacobson is a lawsuit brought to the US Supreme Court in 1905, which will be explained in further detail below.] What is the rational basis for saying that a vaccine mandated three years ago continues to work today? What if LAUSD is still requiring the shot twenty years from now, when there is no emergency? How did the school district come up with the premise that it doesn’t matter whether the shot is effective or not? ...
At issue for the plaintiffs is whether LAUSD violated their fundamental right to privacy under the substantive component of the Due Process Clause of the US Constitution. Further, the plaintiffs assert that the vaccine mandate is arbitrary, since it classifies people based on vaccination status in violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment.
The plaintiffs contend that LAUSD acted arbitrarily when it fired hundreds of employees and displaced hundreds more who had requested exemptions to the mandate. Moreover, the terminations took place even though it was already known that the injections prevented neither transmission nor infection. Thus, the plaintiffs contend, the injections amounted to nothing more than a therapeutic, lacking any public health justification, and as such are a private matter.
A Quick Note About Immigrant Visa Covid Vaccine Requirements
Yes, They're Still Doing it...
I’ve been checking into the medical exam required for my husband’s immigrant visa, in which yes, Covid-19 vaccines are still required. In fact here is the note we received from Bumrungrad Hospital regarding this...
Starting from 1st November 2021, patients whose age 18+ who want to arrange appointment for USA visa must have vaccine certificate showing that they already completed 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccines.
Actors Report Being 'Blacklisted' For Unvaccinated Status
Actor, stunt performer, and director Dorian Kingi says he hasn’t had a job in the entertainment industry in three years because of his vaccine status.
Despite SAG-AFTRA’s promise to protect its members from discrimination, as well as the alleged expiration of its vaccine mandate in May 2023, Mr. Kingi, and others, continue to lose jobs because of an unofficial “blacklist” movie studios have made for those who haven’t taken the vaccine or kept up with the booster schedule.
“With the union’s overall stance on inclusion, diversity, and anti-discrimination, it’s just disheartening that there’s been no middle ground regarding this issue,” Mr. Kingi told The Epoch Times. ...
Twelve hours after actress and SAG-AFTRA member Bekka Prewitt took the vaccine in May 2021, she began experiencing adverse reactions, some of which still affect her today.
“I took the vaccine at 4 in the afternoon, and at 4:00 in the morning, I woke up sick to my stomach and collapsed on the bathroom floor,” she told The Epoch Times. “I immediately felt the lack of ability to control my body. I couldn’t lift my head. That’s when I started to feel like someone was jabbing me in the stomach with a knife.”
Shaking, convulsing, sweating, she said for hours, her body waged a full-scale evacuation effort.
But it didn’t stop there, she said.
“For months, I would have rotating pain throughout my body,” she said.
Though the pain eventually ceased, she said, her menstrual cycle has never been the same.
In a pelvic ultrasound, a complex, multi-pronged cyst was discovered that was larger than a golf ball, she said.
Though many of these symptoms have dissipated, she said she still has an irregular menstrual cycle and has been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, an autoimmune disease that causes hypothyroidism.
After her initial physician refused to believe the vaccine caused it, she went to her rheumatologist, who agreed that getting a booster wouldn’t be safe, so she wrote her a medical exemption.
Despite her experience, studios have turned her down, and she was fired from a television show for not being boosted in October 2022.
It is January 2024, and Covid vaccine mandates persist at 70 of the top 800 colleges in the US, and who knows if they will ever let them go. If you are a healthcare major, nearly every clinical partner site still mandates that healthcare students take the most updated Covid vaccine (often no exemptions accepted) even if those sites are affiliated with colleges and universities that do not currently mandate Covid vaccines.
It is truly remarkable with all that we have learned about these novel medical treatments that colleges can still coerce students into taking them. In fact, it is truly remarkable that any college ever announced Covid vaccine mandates in the spring of 2021 given that by this time the CDC (upon which the colleges dutifully and explicitly relied) knew they were ineffective at preventing infection and transmission. So, while we have all come to understand that mandating students to take Covid vaccines does very little if anything to protect the vulnerable members of the community, this remains the single biggest reason colleges put forth to explain why they mandate(d) them.
To Get US Residency Requires the Covid Jab. There is a continued requirement that any legally immigrating person coming to the US from another country and seeking residency is absolutely required to get the Covid-19 vaccine, a shot widely admitted not to protect against infection or spread and is associated with injury on a scale without pharmaceutical precedent. There is a darker way to understand this policy move too. It serves as a filtering mechanism. Many people around the world were fleeing shot mandates from their home countries. Adding this one to the list of required injections was a way to signal to the world: the US would not provide any sanctuary to shot refuseniks, so don’t bother even trying.
That doesn't make sense if illegals aren't required also.
GNL says
That doesn't make sense if illegals aren't required also.
It does if the government is trying to harm the population, which they are.
Healthcare Students Still Forced to Inject Vaccines
I guess unless they are actually enticing/paying illegals (which it sounds like they are) to come here because they believe they'll be more amenable to what their "owners" will want them to do for them?
68 American colleges still have Covid vaccine mandates in place
Harvard is among the many U.S. schools that remain committed to the Safety Regime.
Thanks to the invaluable work of No College Mandates, we know that as of February 6, 2024, an astounding 68 American colleges and universities still have Covid shot mandates in place. ...

Speaking of Harvard, they just announced that students must comply with the Covid mandate if they wish to enroll for the upcoming 2024-2025 academic year. Notably, the requirement does not apply to faculty and staff.
"Harvard is the only Ivy League that still requires students to show proof that they have taken either the initial COVID vaccine series (which is no longer available) or the most up-to-date booster even though no such requirement exists for faculty and staff,” Lucia Sinatra, the co-founder of No College Mandates, tells The Dossier.
“How does this make any sense from a public health perspective? It doesn’t. It is discriminatory, arbitrary and capricious, and the fact that students let it stand speaks volumes about allegiance to their ideological beliefs over their pursuit of truth.”
There is no reason to believe that Covid shots are a necessary health measure for the broader campus community. So it’s safe to assume that there’s an ulterior motive or two to the reality that it’s February of 2024 and the mandates remain in place on campuses.
For one, these mandates serve as an ideological screening device. Surveys show that mRNA uptake differentiates significantly within ideological camps. There is little to no appetite for future Covid boosters among people who politically identify as conservative or Republican.
Within a similar framework, conformity with Covid shot mandates and the greater Safety Regime represents something of a status virtue signal.
“There is no other country in the world with 68 colleges still mandating COVID vaccines for students, but in the US, the herd mentality is so strong on these campuses that compliance is well over 90%,” Sinatra explained. “I believe this is the reason that over 1000 colleges initially mandated COVID vaccines; captive populations with the most to lose are the easiest to coerce and manipulate.”
Harvard University announced on March 5 that it had ended the COVID-19 shot mandate, walking back on its announcement just weeks earlier that all students needed the shot to register for the fall semester.
The university made the announcement in a post on its website, stating: “Harvard University Health Services (HUHS) will no longer require students to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. We strongly recommend that all members of the Harvard community stay up-to-date on COVID-19 vaccines, including boosters if eligible.”
The website continued: “Additionally, we continue to emphasize the benefits of wearing a high-quality face mask in crowded indoor settings and remaining at home if unwell. HUHS considers state and federal guidance, along with advice from the University’s public health experts, in responding to COVID-19. We will continue to monitor public health data and will periodically review requirements.”
Today, almost four years since the COVID pandemic began, nearly all U.S. medical students, nursing students, and students training in other health care fields are still being forced to choose between accepting continual booster doses of the COVID mRNA vaccines or being kicked out of their training programs.
This remains so, even though many institutions that enforce these mandates on health care students do not do so for faculty, staff, and patients.
This remains so, despite the fact that among the nearly 4,000 colleges and universities in the U.S., only *67 still require COVID vaccination for their undergraduate students—and even some of those holdouts do not require boosters. However, many of these same institutions that have rightly dropped mandates for their general student population still mandate COVID vaccination and boosters for health care students.
This injustice needs to end.
First, it is outright discrimination. It is unconstitutional, unlawful, and wrong. No mandate, especially one requiring submission to an invasive medical treatment, should be made on the basis of an individual’s age, level of education, or rank in an organization. Health care students must enjoy equal protection under the law, equivalent to all others working in medical schools and hospitals.
Second, it does not stop disease spread. By now, it has been firmly established—without further argument from vaccine manufacturers or the CDC—that COVID-19 mRNA boosters do not create sterilizing immunity for individuals and do not produce a herd immunity effect for the population. In fact, the CDC’s own website makes no mention whatsoever of prevention of contraction or transmission of COVID-19 in its description of “Benefits of Getting a COVID-19 Vaccine.”
Put simply, if I compel you to take a vaccine that neither stops you from contracting the disease nor stops you from transmitting the disease, this will not protect me from the disease. Forcing medical and nursing students to take repeated COVID-19 boosters does not protect patients.
It does, however, endanger students.
The dangers of repeated COVID-19 boosters, especially in adolescents and young adults, are being increasingly acknowledged. The risks of vaccine-induced myocarditis and other severe and even deadly side effects are real and significant. Mandating repeated boosters at this late date, in an age group with a COVID-19 case-fatality rate of less than 1 in 30,000 is wrong. The risk-to-benefit ratio is not even close to being favorable.
So why are COVID-19 vaccines and boosters still being mandated for health care students?
Ask that question, and you are met with the same circular-finger-pointing excuses that shut down schools during the pandemic. No one claims responsibility, but everyone permits and promotes the injustice.
Even more troubling, health care students are commonly subjected to a cruel and dishonest game of bait-and-switch. According to the student advocacy group No College Mandates, “a healthcare student can secure a [vaccine] exemption for enrollment to study for a healthcare degree at the University of Pennsylvania or the University of Pittsburgh, but that same student cannot be placed in clinical rotations…unless they show proof of updated COVID vaccinations.”
When confronted, the universities often blame the clinical training sites with which they are affiliated. However, most schools do little or nothing to accommodate the students to whom they themselves granted exemptions, such as finding clinical sites that do not mandate boosters. Again, according to No College Mandates, one California State University department chair even declared “until 100% of [our] clinical sites drop the COVID vaccine requirement, our department will still require it.”
Clinical sites, in turn, commonly cite local or state statutes—often vaguely or inaccurately—to justify their policies. John Coyle, attorney for a class action suit against Rowan College in New Jersey, characterizes schools blaming their clinical partners as a “shell game.”
There is likely an underlying and utterly non-medical reason these mandates persist. A covert screening process, often used in large corporations’ Human Resources departments, appears to be taking place—this is an effort to weed out any and all individuals who do not passively comply with all regulations, however invasive or unnecessary they may be.
Such an approach poses grave dangers to the profession of medicine and to patient care. The history of medical progress, especially when it comes to good patient care, is filled with examples of reformers who fought harmful medical orthodoxy—and who were initially vilified. “Weeding out” independent minds who question convention in favor of submissive, incurious drones will have disastrous effects on patient care.
If a mandate does not apply to everyone, it should not apply to anyone. This is fundamental to equal protection under the law in the U.S.
Practically speaking, these institutions should immediately drop these unjust, unconstitutional, and unhealthy mandates for their own good as well as that of their students. The COVID-19 pandemic is over. No COVID-19 emergency exists. Institutions that persist will be held accountable over time, and the legal jeopardy they place themselves in by continuing these mandates is potentially immense.
Health care students must take note of the unnecessary risks their universities are unjustly imposing upon them, gather together, speak out, and demand these mandates be dropped immediately and permanently.
Elected officials must take action to eliminate this and other residual injustices of the COVID-19 pandemic, and to pass legislation to prevent such illegal overreach in the future.
Individual citizens must express their concerns to their elected officials and to the institutions where they receive health care.
The COVID-19 catastrophe did immense damage to medical care, much of it the result of gross mismanagement at the highest levels of the industry. Those just entering it must be treated with renewed respect and consideration if they are to correct the mistakes of their predecessors. Ending this injustice is an excellent place to start.

Not to mention that foreigners have to get the death jab just to enter the US:

The US military also remains betrayed by its government. Why would anyone in the US military fight at all when they have already been betrayed by the US government?
But all this is overshadowed by what the insane vaxxers are planning to do to school children now that the corrupt CDC has chosen Pfizer profits above the health of children.
