Impatient media anchors including Steve Gruber, are making more firm assertions that new administration is not managing regulatory affairs on COVID-19 properly. It looks like the same Biden administration corruption with violation of regulatory law for COVID-19 vaccines.

A drug or vaccine should have a black box (boxed) warning for a fatal side effect. The FDA uses black box warnings to highlight serious and potentially life-threatening risks associated with prescription drugs, and they are the strictest labeling requirements the agency can mandate. These warnings are crucial for informing healthcare providers and patients about potential dangers, leading to more informed prescribing decisions and safer patient outcomes.

So it looks like the coverup begins.

I’ll conclude: “So you supported the banning of the Swine Flu vaccine with only three or so deaths, but you avidly support the administration of the Covid ‘vaccine’ and boosters which might have produced millions of deaths?”

Or, if my debating partner rejects that such a huge number of people might have died, I’ll ask this person if he thinks any person has died from the Covid vaccine.

I’ll then ask: “How many people do YOU think may have died from the Covid vaccine?”

“More than three people … maybe a couple thousand?”

“What’s your cutoff number before officials should ban an ‘unsafe shot?’ ”

The live audience at Heritage’s impressive Capitol Hill HQ included a former CDC director, top MAHA podcasters and movement leaders, policy officials, former FDA managers, pollsters, and (my personal favorite) an impressive showing of C&C fans.

To that august audience, I delivered a passionate portrayal of The Reckoning.™ (To cheat, and just hear my summary, start around 56:00.) During breaks, as ever, the top question folks asked me was evergreen: Jeff, do you really think we’ll ever see real accountability?

My answer: yes, a thousand times, yes. It is unavoidable. Inevitable. Inescapable.

The reckoning for the government’s pandemic overreach is bigger than any of us. All collective government rests on the foundational notion of consent of the governed. Consent, once given, is sticky. It’s not easily withdrawn. It took all the British Empire’s imperial arrogance to pry consent away from the colonists. (Remember tea taxes? That’s why this blog isn’t called Crumpets & Covid.)

But the pandemic’s authoritarian excess was worse than a thousand Tea Parties—and I mean in the original, Boston Harbor sense (not the plucky pre-MAGA movement). Someday, I’ll diagram British colonial oppression next to pandemic policy and show you how perfectly they overlay. Only this time, it wasn’t just taxation without representation—it was everything without representation. They trespassed us for speaking at school board meetings.

The pandemic pressure is not venting. It’s building. At worst, the public is crackling with revolutionary energy, primed for an explosive spark. At best, Americans feel like abused spouses— waiting, complying, quietly keeping score, and watching for the first open door.

This moment, like a bad case of PTSD, is politically unsustainable without closure. Hence: the reckoning. It’s in the slow mail —book rate from India, with stops in Karachi, Qatar, and Kalamazoo— but it is en route. The package is guaranteed. It’s out for delivery. The order cannot be cancelled.

With the swish of an executive pen, they deleted the quaint illusion that we live in a real democracy, with checks and balances, due process, and all the rest. We’d naively believed it couldn’t happen. We were wrong. Our freedoms were more fragile and our rights more alienable than the civics books promised.

To keep our consent, the government must repair the relationship. And like any abused spouse, we need to see evidence that the abuse can never happen again. At least abusive spouses apologize. We haven’t even gotten the first apology yet.

So yes, Martha, there will be a reckoning. What it looks like is up to the state. The real question is: When it lands, will the landing be soft— or hard? In other words, when it comes, the reckoning will be either voluntary or it will be involuntary. Those are the only options.

But it is coming.

In August 2021, the Murdoch publication The Australian published an article which revealed the treacherous plan to ‘restrict the freedoms’ of people who refused to submit to COVID-19 vaccination. ...

The key message from the Australian Government’s Behavioural Economics Team (BETA) was:

"Providing vaccinated people with personal freedoms, and restricting the freedoms of those who aren’t, is likely to drive vaccine uptake."

And so it came to pass…
The Australian people were indeed threatened with ‘restricted freedoms’ if they refused to submit to COVID-19 vaccination.
The BETA report and National Cabinet, consisting of then Prime Minister Scott Morrison and the Premiers and Chief Ministers, were the architects of the plan to ‘restrict the freedoms’ of Australians who refused to submit to COVID-19 vaccination.

People were subsequently threatened with loss of livelihood and participation in society for non-compliance with COVID-19 vaccination mandates - valid voluntary informed consent for vaccination was destroyed.

This denial of valid consent is an act of treachery against the people in a supposedly ‘free country’.

Why did Murdoch’s The Australian get access to this BETA report, which now appears to be withheld from the Australian people?

It’s notable The Australian failed to provide critical analysis of the BETA report’s recipe for tyranny in “restricting the freedoms” of people who didn’t want to be vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine products - a dereliction of the fourth estate’s duty to shine a light in dark corners and inform and warn the public.

I’m asking political representatives to assist me in gaining public access for this influential BETA report. So far my local state member, Jack Batty, has failed in this regard.

I’ve now submitted a Freedom of Information request to try and gain public access to this BETA report, which has had such a dramatic impact in facilitating mandatory COVID-19 vaccination in Australia, and violating valid voluntary informed consent for vaccination.

A peer-reviewed study published earlier this year confirms that the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) has funded researchers to create more than 200 synthetic versions of what is described as the SARS-CoV-2 virus, using lab-based genetic engineering to construct novel entities not found in nature.

The creation of these brand-new pathogens comes after Congress, the White House, the Department of Energy, the FBI, and the CIA acknowledged that a lab-related incident involving gain-of-function research is most likely the origin of COVID-19, raising concerns that ongoing experiments like these could trigger another pandemic.

Published January 15, 2025, in the journal Science Advances, the new study was conducted at Washington University School of Medicine and funded by multiple NIH grants.

“This study was supported by the NIH [NIAID Center of Excellence for Influenza Research and Response (CEIRR)] contract 75N93021C00016 (A.C.M.B.), R01AI169022 (A.C.M.B.), and U01AI151810 (A.C.M.B. and D.W.),” the paper reads.

Emergency declarations loosened procurement laws, disabled competitive bidding, and unlocked vast sums of state and federal money. Every time the emergency was renewed, the money-printing spigot stayed on. That gave agencies, contractors, lobbyists, and connected middlemen a direct financial incentive to keep the virus crisis going— which meant keeping the “emergency” alive.

The longer the pandemic panic lasted, the more masks, tests, tracing apps, vaccines, cleaning contracts, covid loans, hotel rates, and compliance consultants got funded.

The pandemic didn’t just reward obedience. It financially punished dissent and financially rewarded compliance, creating a self-reinforcing system where going along meant getting paid, and pushing back meant getting sidelined, censored, or unemployed.

Doctors, nurses, school administrators, tech companies, hospital managers, even pastors who went along with mask mandates, school closures, vaccine pushes, and social distancing were financially propped up, either through direct funding, liability waivers, and opportunities for new revenue streams (virtual learning, telehealth, emergency contracts, etc).

Those who dissented faced license investigations, firings, board complaints, and media ridicule. Not to mention total exclusion from decision-making tables.

We who opposed unconstitutional pandemic policies received nothing but ridicule and contempt. We failed to “follow the science,” and the science led right to an envelope packed with hundred-dollar bills.

The pandemic created a coercion economy. Pandemic participation was incredibly profitable. No wonder they wanted it to last forever.

But the grift has ground to a halt. The DOJ now faces a target-rich environment. If you think about it, in one sense, the grift was a gift. Thousands of politically-connected “activist” crooks and kleptocrats have been outed and identified, with more incoming. Linda Sun —deputy chief of staff for one of the most politically significant states in the Union— is only the most recent and most prominent example.

We are in the pandemic hangover. The Reckoning is underway and gaining momentum.

Three new Covid “vaccine” injury victims have just joined a bombshell Dutch lawsuit targeting Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, and 15 other top-level defendants, accusing them of “unprecedented crime… and even murder.”

The defendants stand accused of committing “the greatest genocide of humanity ever” by deceiving the public about the safety of the Covid mRNA injections.

The plaintiffs say they were all healthy before receiving the mRNA shots.

However, they allege that they suffered serious side effects as a direct result of the “vaccines.” ...

Hey! That just reminded me of something. Do you remember when, really early on in Trump's presidency and that Charlottesville thing happened and there was kind of a clash between two sides, or at least that's the way media made it appear, and he said there were good people on both sides. And everyone came down hard on him. You can't say that! It was, one side was good and one side was bad. Remember? Well, didn't Emily just say that, basically? "There was good points and good people on both sides."

I don't think there were really good people on both sides of this, to be honest with you. There were people who were trying to be calm and rational and reasonable and keep personal freedom intact while balancing out the fear that was caused by this virus that was going around. And then there were people like this, who said—

Hey, too bad if your elderly loved one is fading away in this nursing home [plays video, presumably FaceTime, of an elderly woman imploring her son, crying in despair at the screen. Son says: "[inaudible] Ma [inaudible] sickening. I love you!" Mother: [inaudible, clearly very distressed]. Son: "I wish I can change it all."]

POLLY ST. GEORGE: You can't go in and see them, you're not allowed to take that risk on your own. There were cases where people tried to get their elderly loved ones out of long term care and they were prevented from doing so. And look, it's easy to say, oh, that's headlines, that's hysterical, most people, there were no people really talking like that out there.

There most certainly were! And I would bet every one of you met up with them when you were out and about. I certainly did. I was attacked numerous times. Dehumanized many times out there. And everyone I know has had similar experiences.

So yes, I had relatives tell me, too bad for you, if they ever do prevent you from going into the grocery store, you'll either have to get the shot or starve.

This is real. This really happened. So I don't buy this good people on both sides argument, Emily. I really don't.

And what else? Emily goes into the fact that people have neglected their health care over the past several years, notably, she says, "routine vaccination rates for children are way down. Rather than debating the role that messaging about covid vaccine had in this decline, we need to put all our energy to bringing these rates back up." And then she calls for school mandates. She says politicians "will need to consider school mandates."

Unbelievable! So she is still just shilling for pharma.

Emily does not mention that people missed their cancer screenings, people got late, way late diagnoses for things, people missed all kinds of treatments that hastened their deaths in a lot of areas in every country that I know of. But no, what's she worried about? What does she mention? Vaccines. People are hesitant now about vaccines and that's her main concern. Oh my God. I cannot believe the lack of self-awareness in this article.

And finally, at the end she says, "The standard saying is that those who forget history are doomed to repeat it. But dwelling on the mistakes of history can lead to a repetitive doom loop as well. Let's acknowledge that we made complicated choices in the face of deep uncertainty and then try to work together to build back and move forward."

Oh my God! She almost said build back better.

All this we, we, we. You know I'm sure it was I, I, I when she thought she was completely right. But now that she realizes she was completely wrong, it's we. We need to heal, we need to acknowledge we made mistakes. This is so typical of a predatory class of people with narcissistic personality disorder, sociopathy or psychopathy. And it's been on massive display for the last two and a half years. And it's not just the Anthony Faucis, but he's a prime example. Or Justin Trudeau, prime example. It's the regular people, too.

You know, I would like my relative that told me that I could starve to just sigh one day, in a pause in conversation, and say, I'm really sorry. That was an awful thing to say. That's it! That would do it for me. But I know this person very well and I know it's very Emily-like, let's never talk about it again [smiles broadly and sighs]

But you know the the truth is, if we keep burying this stuff without examination, without hashing it through and picking it apart, there, the chances that it'll happen again are a hundred percent.

And I mean, honestly, how can you trust these people ever again? No matter what role they played in your life, until they say, I see what happened. I see where it went wrong, I see where I was mistaken, I see that I acted badly. I now will do the research and learn. And I'm sorry. And for other people, they need to be arrested, tried, and put in prison. They at the very least need to lose their jobs and never, ever work in a responsible position again. They can break rocks. That's a good job for them.

There Has Never Been an Effective Vaccine for a Respiratory Virus

These rules and procedures, put in place to protect people from dangerous, untested products, were violated completely with the Covid-19 vaccines.

The push for future capacity to design and inject mRNA vaccines within 100 days of the appearance of a new pathogen, ignores two essential points: 1) mRNA technology has not been proven to be safe or effective, and 2) humans have immune systems that have successfully learned to fight diseases since the beginning of time, without being given constant injections.

The 100-days goal for mRNA vaccines ignores the key point that the first mRNA vaccines tested on people – the Covid-19 vaccines – were a complete failure. They neither prevented illness nor prevented spread, but they have caused widespread and long-lasting harm.

At that time, President Biden was pushing for every American that was eligible to get the COVID-19 shots to get injected. Employers and universities across America began enforcing vaccine mandates, and schools in Southern California attempted to mandate the shots for students as young as 12. ...

The audience gasped when I read the complete lack of safety requirements and lack of FDA oversight for an EUA product, specifically the waiver of good manufacturing practices, allowance to use expired product, a ‘may be effective’ efficacy standard (which equals no efficacy standards), and that informed consent can be waived if, “IT IS CONTRARY TO THE BEST INTERESTS OF SUCH HUMAN BEINGS.” - Huge gasp from the audience on that one.
