I'm somewhat invested in the Salesforce ecosystem. I like it, but there are other good products out there. I'm aiming to get into a Salesforce admin role.

Salesforce has a lot of technical debt...

Not sure, but the company I work for switched over to use SF for ticketing recently. So the blood appears to be pumping for them.
