But when that announcement comes, he just might blow DeSantis and Trump out of the water in the primary season.

That depends on how he handles Twitter and the fight he brings on and how he follows through.

Can he be president? I don’t think he is natural born.

Oh yeah that's right, he's "South African" was his parents American?
3   Tenpoundbass   2022 Dec 18, 12:39pm

NO but his mother was Canadian born, perhaps he can save Canada from the Commie scourge.

Musk is a foreigner and can't be president.

Even if his parents were American, he was born outside US territory. If he had been born on a US overseas military base like McCain was, there would be an exception.

There's no legal definition of what a "natural born" American is. It's generally accepted it's any person that was born with US nationality though.

In any case, Musk would not qualify under that definition, however, Obama would since his mother was American at the time of his birth.

Honestly, if you too your pregnant wife to Kenya and got trapped there for 9 months and had your kid born there, do you really think your kid wouldn't qualify as being an American? My friend takes his wife to Indonesia to give birth - they have superior and cheaper hospitals there than they have in the United States. Are his kids not Americans?

That didn't stop Obama.

Obama wasn't a foreigner. Even if he was born in Kenya, his mother was American granting him automatic US citizenry.

Hawaii wasn't even a state when Obama was born, BTW.

Oh, and BTW - the birth certificate that was (eventually) produced on the White House webpage of Obama, was pretty easily detectable forgery, not that it matters. The whole controversy is much ado about nothing and the fake birth certificate was just a troll by our asshole government.

WEF supporter, obviously supports Global Cooling agenda(that's how it started in late 70's), wants to chip your brain(so you can be like him), wants RNA shots, Father is a pedophile, pictured with Ghislane, Mother is an Eye of Horus NWO'er, and dresses in Baphomet costumes.

He's got my vote!!

Nope. One has to be born on US territory. Just bring a US citizen doesn't qualify you to run for POTUS.

@cisTits

Sez who?

There is no legal definition of a "natural born citizen", but it's WIDELY understood as somebody who is born as a US citizen, that they didn't have to become naturalized.

This was done in the 1700's to prevent what would later become known as a Manchurian candidate from becoming president. It was done before it was possible to easily go to another nation to be raised in it. Kamala Harris was raised MOSTLY in Canada, not the United States. Really, she's a foreign representative as far as I'm concerned but TECHNICALLY she's a "natural born citizen" as well.

Constitution

Quote it. I can find the article and section when you do.

Here's the Constitution:

https://www.archives.gov/founding-docs/constitution-transcript

The phrase "natural born" shows up only once in Article II, Section 1:

"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

You're incorrect but I'm not going to beat your head over it. The Constitution left many things up in the air.

Uh no it didn't. It was very clear, what has changed, is education has made every fact ambiguous.

That’s why we need to trust the science! (Sarcasm off)
