Judge Rules Against Kari Lake, Allows Katie Hobbs to Steal Arizona

https://thelibertydaily.com/judge-rules-against-kari-lake-allows-katie-hobbs-to-steal-arizona/

I knew the fix was in when the Judge threw out 8 out of the 10 counts and then concentrated on proving "intentional" election fraud. The fact is, there was a lot of fraud, and
THAT is what should have been the requirement to prove, not intent. Intent is a very hard case to prove in a court of law, and the Judge knew that. The fix was in from the
very start.

The message from this is loud and clear; as long as you are stealing for the Establishment, we'll look the other way.

Judge Dismisses Kari Lake’s Case: Here Are Some of the Voter Fraud Bombshells That Were Ignored

Was to be appealed no matter what the decision but I'm with ya, this is BS!

The problem is judges don't want to mess with elections.

Arizona has to get its shit together and do voting correctly; the problem is the corrupt counties won't want to "fix" the fraud system.

Everyone who has a brain knows that voting should 1. be in person 2. with proper ID 3. on election day

The problem is that there's no division of powers between the judicial, legislative, and executive branches - PARTICULARLY in state governments.

The uniparty controls the legislative (Maricopa County Officials, RINO State Legislature) and the executive (Sec of State, do nothing Governor). And the election and behavior of the judiciary is mysterious (the lack of information on judicial appointees) and in fear of the other two branches.

Once they rolled out the Plandemic, election fraud went on steroids. We've lost our country. When you can't count on honest elections, the voice of the people has been
extinguished.

At least you can see it now.

Do you really think we have elections when John Kerry and George W. Bush had a debate on which they basically agreed on everything?

Generally two clones are picked, so it doesn't matter who is "elected", and when there's an outsider, it's just stolen with the explanation that the popular outsider lost because, well, they were in outsider.

Our elections ended at the national level when Ross Perot did well.

Quote from Woodrow Wilson, from his 1913 book "The New Freedom" ...

“Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men's views confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the United States, in the field of commerce and manufacture, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it. They know that America is not a place of which it can be said, as it used to be, that a man may choose his own calling and pursue it just as far as his abilities enable him to pursue it; because to-day, if he enters certain fields, there are organizations which will use means against him that will prevent his building up a business which they do not want to have built up; organizations that will see to it that the ground is cut from under him and the markets shut against him. For if he begins to sell to certain retail dealers, to any retail dealers, the monopoly will refuse to sell to those dealers, and those dealers, afraid, will not buy the new man's wares.”

NOTE: Wilson had experience with this secret cabal. He was plucked out of nowhere, made President, signed the Federal Reserve Act into law, the federal income tax, and allowed us to get involved in the disaster known as World War 1, i.e., the "war to end all wars."

The timing of the decision is interesting too. Christmas Eve.

When was the fucking election lol...

No, actually, I've been aware of this charade for a very long time, having read Phyllis Schlafly's "Choice, Not an Echo" many years ago. The premise of her short, but excellent
book, is that we almost NEVER have a real choice when it comes to electing a President. The trick is that they run candidates, that have been totally sold out to the
Establishment so that, in either case, whoever wins, represents THEIR interests.

IMO, the exceptions to this rule; Andrew Jackson, who successfully fought the charter renewal for the then Central Bank (Bank of the United States), Trump was an outsider (as was JFK & Richard Nixon). Trump's election was stolen from him, JFK was killed and Nixon was removed via a high up government coup.

Nixon I'm not positive was an outsider, he was the one the ended any semblance of gold convertibility. That's worse than what FDR did who just ended it for Americans. Yep, Trump's election was stolen from him, but I'm not certain he was a real outsider, considering who was in his cabinet, all Goldman Sachs pricks, and Neocon scum. JFK really lost the election to Nixon, but whatever, the cabal preferred JFK, or perhaps just some mafias did. Yes, JFK was murdered by our intelligence agencies, so was Robert Kennedy.

FINALLY people are starting to realize this, and the people that know no longer have to fear talking about it openly. That's a huge step. I couldn't have said this in 2000 on ANY message board without being called crazy. It's been a long hard road to get wake the beast which are the teeming masses. So much more difficult than I EVER would have imagined.

These people have brains, don't discount that.

They don't have ethics. That's the problem. They know the vote is being stolen. They're not stupid. SOME might be, but don't underestimate your enemy by just dismissing them as stupid. They may be propagandized perhaps, maybe ignorant, maybe malicious, but they aren't stupid.

Judge Peter Thompson Rules Elections with Broken Machines in 60% of Precincts and No Chain of Custody for Ballots Are Free, Fair and Certifiable

Key Points of the lawsuit, which can be read in full at SaveArizonaFund.com:

· Cyber Expert Clay Parikh: Machine Failures that Arizona voters experienced on election day could not have occurred absent intentional misconduct. In summary, the errors were the result of deliberate actions and could have been prevented.

· Between 15,603 and 29,257 Republican voters disenfranchised. Over 300,000 mail-in ballots had no chain of custody. This is a violation of Arizona law.

· Whistleblowers: Tens of thousands of illegal ballots counted, many with little to no signature verification.

· 59% of the 223 Voting Centers in Maricopa County had printer and tabulator failure on election day. Reminder: Election Day Voters went for 3 to 1 for Kari Lake. Clear voter disenfranchisement in primarily red districts (Rich Baris Numbers)

· Uncounted “Door 3 Ballots” were co-mingled with already tabulated ballots. There is strong reason to believe the actual number of door 3 ballots is far greater than the reported 16,724

· Katie Hobbs and Stephen Richer both colluded with the federal government to censor constituents. This is election interference and a violation of the First Amendment.

It was rigged from the set up - the Judge set the bar at "Malice".

Arizona law only calls for a pattern of mishandling.
