Abdul Hakim Shishani

On Tuesday, October 11, information appeared about the arrival of the legendary Chechen military commander Abdulhakim Shishani (Rustam Azhiev), who fought against Assad in Syria for several years, leading the Chechen Jamaat.

Together with his warriors, Shishani will fight on the side of Ukraine, eliminating Russian occupiers from its territory.

Amir has been fighting in Syria on the side of anti-government forces since 2013, leading the Ajnad al-Qawkaz Chechen group (part of the pro-Turkish proxy group Jash al-Fath).

He has experience in the Latakia Mountains and participating in battles in Idlib province. Presumably, Shishani came to Ukraine from Turkey.

there is no rational need for human assets other than some trainers and intelligence personnel. what would be the logic of sending American troops over there? Have another 100 cannon fodder? Or just train Ukrainians in Poland. WRT to intelligence, one may want to look at flight paths of NATO spy planes over Romania and international waters of Black Sea.
