Ive seen this stat in real life. A nephew with a 99% mcat was passed over by med schools in favour of classmates with lower results, but who were on the intersectional ladder. He is strangely quiet about it, id be angry. But i guess he’s smart because he knows how to operate in this weird situation as you don’t gain much complaining, just scorn for your white fragility.
