My manifesto would involve having the government come after me and just being murdered by them. Too bad David Koresh didn't draw one up. I wouldn't drag a bunch of innocents into it either. Basically, he managed to fund the compound by buying unserviced weapons, rebuilding them, and selling them at gun shows.
