IL is not nearly as bad as CA, NY, NJ. Chicago just dumped Lori Lightfoot, which is a positive. Mike Madigan is out, and if you know IL politics he'd been running our state house for 40 years. Yes. This isn't left or right. Trump was a member of the DNC until 2000. The ONLY reason he switched to the RNC is he knew he'd have an easy time winning there.
