Does this mean EUA for all those experimental injections and drugs as FINALY revoked?

End of the EUA? It should be, as there is no emergency any longer, well there wasn’t before with HCQ and Ivermectin available but I digress.

I think I have covid right now. Was on a cruise.... I know, I know, people hate them. I've been to so many cool places though on them that result in land based trips. But yeah, pretty sure I have it. No energy. Nothing else bad. It's just going to become a cold at this point. Out of it for 1-3 days, but not life threatening unless you're morbidly unhealthy or old. Nothing to take an injection for.

I always thought they kept extending the emergency because they needed to wait until the FDA had approved every last dose. If they ended the emergency too early it would become impossible to take boosters, impossible to give even a first dose to children under 12. And for ages 12-17 there would only be a single manufacturer, Pfizer-BioNTech, with an FDA-approved formula. How could they require it in schools? A government enforced monopoly does not look good.

How were they going to end the emergency I wondered, since the FDA did not appear to want to do any more approvals.

I was sure they would just declare that next year’s flu vaccine would take care of whatever SARS-CoV-2 variant was floating around and we would all go back to mostly normal.

And then I came across this.

Basically the one thing I was absolutely sure about Emergency Use Authorization, that there needs to continue be an actual emergency in order to keep it going, well it turns out:

FDA’s EUAs for COVID-19 products (including tests, vaccines, and treatments) will not be affected. The ending of the COVID-19 PHE will not affect the FDA’s ability to authorize various products, including tests, treatments, or vaccines for emergency use. Existing EUAs for COVID-19 products will remain in effect under Section 564 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and the agency may continue to issue new EUAs going forward when criteria for issuance are met.

FDA is a captured agency run by big pharma. But it is still susceptible to political pressure and public/media outrage. We need to step up the pressure to “encourage “ them to end the EUA.

I don't know. I talk to the average person, even nurses and medical people and they have no clue what EUA stands for and what it actually means. If you're trained in a profession it was likely taught as a needle in the haystack topic, but there's no need to remember what EUA means on the job. Big Pharma, doctors, pharmacist, nurses, etc. have no incentive either to explain it even if they know. They'd lose massive revenue if people "actually" understood it or payed attention to what was being put into them.

Hell there's tons of shit the FDA approved that they KNOW causes massive side effects. So the drug companies just basically make a binding contract not be able to be sue for every side effect under the sun. "We warned you." They show a black family playing at the park for arthritis medicine and then fast voice guy comes in letting you know your heart could blow up, anal rupture and you may lose limbs, all the while there's microprint that no one can even read.

Big Pharma should have never been allowed to air commercial or advertise at all really. That money should be sunk into development. Focus on making products that don't harm people and not just winning over the FDA and then market to the general public about something they know nothing about outside of a few lab rats they hired.

Think about Viagra. Half the men need it because they're unhealthy and cannot get hard. This includes young men. It's rare for a healthy 50-60 year old not to get it going. So the unhealthy ones are popping it at 50-60 when they're most likely to get a heart attack and do online exams without ever going in. Because you know a 350lbs young or old man should have his blood flow messed with.

I disapprove of most colleges because of liberal arts, but the reality is most research is discovered at Universities and Big Pharma just copies it. Sure they do some development, but they're just sales on most drugs once approved by the FDA. So a few people die taking a drug, oh well, legal will cover that.

One way to know is that if all the "vaccine" businesses let 80% of their employees go.

Senate votes to end Covid emergency (house already passed it) so bill awaits potatus signature.

Now they will work to get the jabb on the school vaccine requirements. This will absolve Pharma from legal repercussions.

I’ve heard that, in fact I thought they already put it on the kids lists?

It’s true, we are practically living in the movie idiocracy. People are ignorant and/or willingly ignorant of so many things that impact their health, finances and liberties. They basically deserve to become slaves with no rights or responsibility because that is how they behave.

Yes, it’s already there from age 6 months and up. The gall! No asterisk, no nothing. Nobody understands that these vaccines were never approved by the FDA.

https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/schedules/easy-to-read/child-easyread.html

Everyone thought that the FDA would approve all these vaccines from ages 6 months and up but they never did. How can they be put on the schedule?

I looked it up. The law says that in order for the vaccine manufacturers to get that special protection so they won’t be held accountable when the vaccines cause injury, the vaccines in question must meet two requirements. First, they have to be put on the childhood vaccine committee schedule, and secondly, they have to be subject to an excise tax, which is a circuitous way of saying they have to be licensed for sale, or in common parlance FDA approved.

https://www.hrsa.gov/vaccine-compensation/about

But now the advisory committee can put a childhood vaccine on the schedule for a certain age without it ever being licensed for that age, thanks to the miracle of the EUA. No one could have anticipated this when the law was written, because at that time, there was no other way to distribute vaccines. Emergency Use Authorization didn’t even exist until 2004.

My kids won't be getting it ever. There's no point. My wife and I got it in Mexico, both of us tested positive. Went home, didn't do anything different around them while still positive for 6 days. They got it. Could still go to school, it was a cough and runny nose and just being tired. A cold. I'll likely get it again multiple times over the rest of my life. So will the people that took the jab.

I don't care if the FDA finally does or has approved it. Not putting anything in my kids that hasn't been through the proper trials and side effects thoroughly discovered. Even with mass vaccination, it wasn't a controlled study. My wife didn't report her side effect to anyone when she got the jab. It effected her enough to not get any of the boosters.
