I think Newsom is the one who floats up in the Dem spittoon. IHLlary is getting into the demonic eleventh hour where she looks the crazed devil she is. Newsom still has the look of a fairly youthful used car salesman. Big Mike is too fucking stupid to foist, and barely above Kamala in charm factor. Obama and Big Mike are too exposed at this point, and will become more so in the course of any campaign attempt. Obama was getting booed in his last round of appearances.

Newsome doesn't stand a chance, unless the king maker machine will control the outcome of the primary. In which case, the candidate will be who ever they say it is.

I don't think the establishment will be able to protect another token candidate, that doesn't connect with the base. Because there are going to be many candidates people will be passionate about. The Left are going to start to feel the pain of and consequences of a run away election boards in the big blue cities. It's going to take the Democrat constituency to upend that table. And they will, Democrats always step on each other's dicks.

Crazy Theory:

RINO & Dems are going to let investigations about Hunter and possibly Biden proceed, then somebody will tell the Old Man he can't run in 2024. There will probably never be a conviction, just enough shaming and stuff for Biden to resign, so future Dems can say "It was never proven in a court/impeachment process"

Kamala is so stupid herself she's fine as a front in the next year. She'll say she's no longer interested in being President, and they will have other Cabinet members do most of the appearances on her behalf. They'll never let her speak more than a few minutes and never unscripted. The Media will never criticize her or bother covering her, because they'll be in the know that:
