Biden has restarted the Ministry of Truth (or Anti-Democrat criticism Agency). Its called Foreign Malign Influence Center but I expect it will do plenty of domestic censorship.

Best way to do this is to get the FBI statisticians to produce subtle false reports.
That means slowly or carefully falsifying the stats each year (if they are required to report them), so as to gaslight or manipulate the general population's viewpoints and attitudes on race and crime. Its no analogous to slowly boiling a frog.
By the way, below is this Wikipedia page. I was surprised it was in there given how the Wikipedia organization has been known to be Woke.
