Or overusing of skin, hair products that most of them do harm in the long run and drugs like you mentioned.

I don't have a clue on who she is. She looks awful for a women in her 30s. She looks so bad that her cats might decide to not feast on her dead corpse when she finally kicks the bucket.

That's vegan anorexic hair. They don't get the fat and the calcium, B12, zinc, and other micronutrients and their hair starts getting stringy.

Yup, that's what I was getting at. Products should help that beyond diet though. Frankly it just seems lazy and someone shamed her for being thick at some point. Trust me, I'm dealing with thinning hair. The basic shit they sell helps it at least look fuller. That looks like AIDS or meth if I'm being honest.

The probable sole benefit of initially going vegan is the detox aspect, where you stop eating industrially processed garbage. After that, though, your body eventually runs out of reserves and you start looking like the bitch in the OP.
