I say non-Black because 99% of the Asians (implying Pakis and Indians in non-NA English) and Chinese would have gone to the White State, Oranjstaat or Cape State or whatever.

Instead of dealing with genocidal calls from the EFF and mass murder, they would only face whinging for handouts of cash to Black South Africa or the Bantustans and whinging for more land. Black SA would be a shithole, despite mines and farmland and tons of modern infrastructure rapidly deteriorating (like the rest of post-colonial Africa), and it would all be blamed on them, but they would be physically and likely economically safe.
