He could have just been disappeared and not really dead. Nearly impossible for any normal American or even journalist that specializes in Russian news that could find out. I've missed flights before. My understanding is that my name is still linked to that flight potentially since I checked in. Maybe it's modernized enough now where when the ticket is scanned at the gate those are the passengers listed. Prigozhin's flight was private, so it could just be made up I guess is the point. He's clearly gotten a lot of money. It's not hard to make him go away without actually killing him. Hell he could have wanted to do it himself to disappear for other reasons we'll never know. I'd say you were correct though overall. Just hard to prove.

It was a private jet, not some regular commercial flight. And neither ICAO, nor Embraier are allowed to participate in the investigation. So yeah, all markings of a CIA operation are there.
