I wasn't EVER going to buy a Budweiser product anyway...

Fuck that Asshoe Bill Gates.

People will always buy alcohol, it's dependable as daylight. They crushed the market and bought on the cheap. Now, you gotta wonder what atrocity Gates Storefront is going to put into the brewskis, now.

mRNA Tranny Beer. Drink enough, your dick clots and falls off.

Modelo has become the top selling beer in the US. Guess who makes Modelo...

Gates knows what he's doing.

I think he's just made a mistake.

Budweiser spent a significant amount of their money on advertisement, not on making a good product.

When people boycotted Bud Light, they didn't quit drinking. They moved to another product, and 9 times out of 10 whatever product they got, was better or "just as good".

People aren't coming back.

Gates just expects now that there's "blood in the streets", it's time to buy. Normally it is, but Bud Light is pretty much a generic beer. Can you tell the difference between a Bud Light and a Coors Light? I don't think I could.

AB ImBev does not have the rights to Modelo inside the USA (but does outside the USA). Constellation Brands owns the US Rights, and Modelo is mostly bottled in Mexico neither by AB ImBev or Constellation but a third party Mexican Brewer.

Coors and Miller benefited Bigly as well.

My brother and sister-in-law have a farm in Eastern Idaho. They and the other farmers predominantly grew wheat & hops for A-B. But ever since the Great Woke Fuck-Up and aftermath, sales dropped a lot.

Fortunately wheat sales have picked up since Ukraine - formerly the world's 5th or so top producer- went 'offline'.

So Modelo's made in Mexico, by a company ABinBev acquired in 2012. It's then imported by Constellation and sold. But you're saying inBev derives no profits from this, seriously..?

If everyone just switches to another AB product, the company will recover, and stock will go back up. Hence Gates buy.
