Any child can call Child Protective Services (CPS) and tell them that his parents are not respecting his pronouns. (I'm using the masculine default pronoun here, because that is correct English grammar, but the new law applies to girls as well.)
At what age can a child in California now demand to be sexually mutilated by surgery? I think there is no lower limit, so a three year old could in theory do it, be taken from his parents, and get his penis chopped off by doctors looking to make money.
