Spent 900 on a 3d printer for kids to replace the 150 dollar one I bought for Christmas 5-6 years ago. 130 on sleeping bag liners to help with winter camping.

What did you get, $900 sounds like a lot of 3D printer? But I just look at the $500 and under models on Amazon, so what do I know?
I keep toying with the idea of getting one, but I don't need another doodad that use until the supplied consumables run out, then I box it away and never pull it out again. Until it gets pitched one day to clear out clutter. As by then they are usually antiquated, outdated and not wanted.
