... on having classified documents laying around his garage next to Hunty's sportscar.

He spoke for a minute, took a couple of questions, the first referring to a 2017 (!!!) report calling him "An elderly man with a poor memory". That's 7 years ago, ha!

And it goes about as bad as you can imagine. Tongue flopping out and dribbling like he's on first gen psychotic meds, alternating ornery anger and whispering, and the rest of the dementia.

If you have noticed it is RINOs leading the charge to remove Biden with the 25th. There aren't any Democrat names.

True, but to actually remove Biden it will take plenty of Dems to go along with it.

The GOP wins either way with a 25th move in the House. It's not like an impeachment. The average voter concerns about Biden's age is well up into the 2/3rds percentile.

The GOP will control the hearings. They can bring in Hur, doctors, etc to testify while blocking any exculpatory testimony like Schiff did with the Trump bullshit hearings. They can show plenty of video of Biden's cognitive issues.

And the media will cover it. And in the process Maddow, The View, etc. will amplify with a massive Streisand Effect. The Dem base in their Bubble will be the only ones listening to Maddow Inc.'s bitching. The rest of the world will only be 'WTF! Why is this dude still allowed to be POTUS!!!'.

In the end, even if the Dems don't join to achieve 2/3 vote to remove and the Senate doesn't play ball at all, the political damage of them pretending nothing is wrong when clearly there is as far as Joe & Suzy Sixpack is concerned will be overwhelming.

Yeah but if the media doesn't fixate on that fact, which they wont. Most Dem voters wont even notice. They will just blame Republicans for bringing it up.

Whoa there with the 25th amendment. I'm generally skeptical of wikipedia, but it states removal requires: "vice president together with a majority of the president's cabinet." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twenty-fifth_Amendment_to_the_United_States_Constitution

That isn't going to happen. The majority of the president's cabinet are the ones running the show. The fact that Biden is just a puppet is a feature, not a bug. The cabinet people knew that during the basement campaign. They aren't going to suddenly change their mind and relinquish their own power.

Also, does anyone really want Kamala Harris in the spot? She's more crazy than Biden's handlers. The handlers were geniuses for selecting a running-mate far worse than themselves.

No one wants Kamala. That's how bad this is. Dead serious I'd rather have Biden over Kamala. Biden should be removed, but it's 10 months. It sucks. The alternative is exponentially worse though.

I do agree we should remove him though. He picked the first one out of the Dem primary in 2020 (maybe not first but close). I could deal with Hilary or Bernie before Kamala. He could have easily been impeached 2 years ago and probably gotten him out of office with Dem support. If you remove Biden it has has to be a packaged deal and Speaker takes over.

the base is growing to loath Biden more and more everyday, the Democrat party is hemorrhaging members all in thanks to Joe Biden. Why would the Republicans want to remove him now?

Exactly. Biden is nearly the perfect candidate for Republicans to run against. Who wants to run against a pretty boy governor when you can run against a criminal, senile, failed “President” who didn’t even campaign in the last election when he was 4 years younger!

GOP does. She"d only be on the office for 6 or do months.

The danger is the focus on "age" and not Biden's senility. If the Dems convince the public it is about "age," them Trump is out as well while the Dems run a younger person like Newsom or Michele Obama.

Biden's cabinet is Obama's.

So what's going to happen is they're going to negotiate with Newsome or Big Mike, probably after the Convention when DNC rules allow the board to change out the candidate any delegate or primary issues. Kamala is going to get a helluva cushy no-show job, probably as Spox for the International Red Cross or the DNC Young Women's Outreach or some bullshit.

This also gives them the advantage of going into 2028 with an incumbent who can run again.

The Obama holdovers already in place will largely remain with few changes, only a few ousters and some seat changes. The biggest hurdle will be Chief of Staff, with Obama wanting his appointee and Newsome insisting on one of his own people he trusts.

Hell if it's Big Mike, Obama himself could be Chief of Staff "My husband can help me run things as he's been President before".

She was just drunk the other day speaking. She'd be worse than Biden is all I'm saying and that's fact Jack. All impeachment or the 25th does is look like an attack. Let Biden dig his own grave. Newsom is 100% not electable nationwide. RFK was a maybe and they burned that bridge, though I didn't like him overall. Trump wins in a massive landslide and election cheating is caught big time.

Let the Dems nuke themselves. No point in the 25th or impeachment. Biden has one of the lowest possible approval ratings. Polling like a turd in a toilet against Trump. No need to fuck with what is already working. Biden will pardon himself of federal offenses and go off to pasture. Trump will be our President again. I just hope he's figures out shit this time. He relied on some clowns last time.

https://slaynews.com/news/doj-arrests-fbi-informant-provided-evidence-biden-bribery-scheme/

The weaponized U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has arrested an FBI informant who provided investigators with details about an alleged bribery scheme involving Democrat President Joe Biden and his family.

The informant, who was charged Thursday, provided the FBI with information about a bribery scheme involving Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, and Burisma Holdings.

Burisma is a notoriously corrupt Ukrainian energy company where Hunter Biden was a member of the board during his father’s vice presidency.

The company paid Hunter tens of thousands of dollars per month in salary despite having no experience in the energy sector.

The confidential human source (CHS), Alexander Smirnov, was arrested Thursday at the Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada, and indicted by Special Counsel David Weiss.

He was charged on one count of making a false statement and one count of creating a false and fictitious record.

In 2020, Smirnov told the FBI about alleged corruption involving Burisma and the two Bidens.

Smirnov told the FBI that Burisma executives had discussed paying millions of dollars to Hunter and Joe Biden.

The payments were to ensure that Joe Biden would use his political clout to protect the company’s interests.

https://www.coffeeandcovid.com/p/selling-secrets-wednesday-march-13

But among the more intense moments at the hearing, there was one electrifying series of questions where Congressman Jim Jordan prodded Hur into admitting that not only did Biden take classified documents — when he was just the vice president, with no presidential declassification powers — but Biden also disclosed official secrets to the guy who was ghostwriting Joe’s autobiography, a guy with no security clearance.

Joe then made $8 million bucks on the book deal.

In other words, by the undisputed facts, Biden illegally disclosed classified U.S. intelligence to enrich himself. Biden sold secrets. Trump has never been credibly accused of improperly disclosing classified information. So Biden’s situation is, as democrats are constantly bleating, totally different from Trump’s.

The truth is Biden’s classified documents problems are much, much worse than Trump’s.

Even worse, after Hur began investigating Biden’s misuse and illegal retention of the classified documents, Biden’s panicked ghostwriter desperately and unsuccessfully tried to delete the recordings of Biden reading from classified files. If the ghostwriter had been a Republican, he’d be locked up right now. He would have been promptly prosecuted and convicted of obstruction of justice and intentional destruction of evidence. He’d have earned a long stint in federal prison.

But no charges were filed against Biden’s ghostwriter, even though Hur’s report clearly described the facts. Biden’s ghostwriter clearly rides in the Justice System’s first class section.
