I'd have fled. Not sure if she's that smart though. Does she know what countries are non-extradition to the US? And would you want to even live there. Pulling a scheme, leaving the US, and living somewhere else with likely a different language doesn't seem to be up her alley. You have to dump all family and friends at that point.
She's clearly dumb to get involved in a crypto currency. I don't think she's intelligent enough to get away with it. She'll likely get conned and killed is my bet.

She probably will come out of this fine - minus legal fees.
This was probably set up so she didn't have much to do with actually running the scam. (I use that term loosely since I think anyone who got 'conned' fucking deserved it).
